국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 서울형혁신교육지구 사업 마을협력강사의 역량모델을 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 Lucia와 Lepsinger(1999) 및 함병우(2018)가제안한 역량모델 개발 절차를 따랐다. 먼저, 선행연구 및 우수 성과를 보여준 6명의 마을협력강사를 대상으로 한 행동사건인터뷰와 9명의 이해관계자들 대상의 심층인터뷰를통해 역량모델 초안을 개발하였다. 다음으로, 두 그룹(그룹별 10명) 대상의 포커스그룹인터뷰를 각각 실시하여 역량모델 초안에 대한 역량군, 역량 및 행동지표를 검토하고행동지표별 지식, 기술, 태도 등에 대한 토의를 통해 역량모델 잠정안을 도출하였다. 마지막으로, 자치구, 교육청, 학교, 마을협력강사 및 역량모델 전문가 패널 24명을 대상으로 잠정안에 대한 내용타당도 조사를 실시하여 최종 역량모델을 완성하였다. 서울형혁신교육지구 마을협력강사의 역량모델은 서울형혁신교육지구의 비전(어린이․청소년이 행복하게 성장하는 학교-마을교육공동체)을 토대로 위계적 구조의 5개 역량군(교수․학습기반, 교수․학습설계, 교수․학습실행, 관계형성, 마을이해), 11개 역량(콘텐츠 전문성 개발, 교육과정 재구성, 학습생태계 조성 관리, 맞춤형 학습설계, 창의적 퍼실리테이션, 학습성과 평가, 의사소통, 협업, 지역특성 이해, 일에 대한 사명감, 사업이해)과 50개 행동지표로 구성되었다. 이 연구에서 개발된 역량모델은 마을협력강사의 역량에 대한 체계적인 이해를 제공하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a competency model of village cooperative teachers in the Seoul-based Innovative Education District Project. In this study, the researcher followed the procedure for developing a competency model that Lucia and Lepinger (1999) and Ham (2018) suggested. First, the researcher developed a draft competency model based on behavioral incident interviews with 6 village cooperative teachers who showed excellent performance and in-depth interviews with 9 stakeholders. Next, the draft competency model was reviewed through focus group interviews with two groups (10 persons per group), and a provisional competency model was derived. Finally, the final competency model was derived by conducting a content validity survey on 24 experts. Based on the vision of the Seoul-based Innovation Education District, the final competency model consists of 5 competency groups (teaching/learning base, teaching/learning design, teaching/learning execution, relationship formation, village understanding) and 11 competencies (professional content development, curriculum restructuring, learning ecosystem management, customized learning design, creative facilitation, learning outcomes evaluation, communication, collaboration, local understanding characteristics, sense of mission, project understanding), and 50 behavioral indicators were derived in a hierarchical structure. The competency model developed in this study is meaningful in that it provides a systematic understanding of the competency of village cooperative teachers.
