국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 부부갈등과 유아의 행복감 간의 관계에서 유아의 일상적 스트레스와 교사의 또래 상호작용 지원의 조절된 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 육아정책연구소의 「한국아동패널」조사의 7차년도(2014) 자료를 활용하였으며, 연구 대상은 연구변인에 모두 응답한 1,161가구이다. 어머니가 부부갈등, 유아의 행복감 및 일상적 스트레스를 보고하였으며, 유아의 어린이집 또는 유치원 학급 담임교사가 또래 상호작용 지원을 보고하였다. 자료의 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0 프로그램과 PROCESS Macro 4.0 프로그램을 이용하여 조절된 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부부갈등과 유아의 행복감 간의 관계에서 유아의 일상적 스트레스의 유의한 매개효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 부부갈등과 유아의 일상적 스트레스 간의 관계에서 교사의 또래 상호작용 지원의 유의한 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 부부갈등과 유아의 행복감 간의 관계에서 유아의 일상적 스트레스의 매개효과는 교사의 또래 상호작용 지원에 의해 조절되었다. 결론: 본 연구는 교사가 유아의 상호작용을 지원함으로써 부부갈등이 유아의 일상적 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 완화시켜 유아의 행복감에 영향을 미침을 밝혔다. 이를 통해 유아의 행복감과 같은 정서적 안녕을 위하여 가정 내적인 요인으로서 부모의 역할과 가정 외적인 요인으로서 교사의 역할에 대한 시사점을 제안하며, 부모교육과 교사교육 프로그램의 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective: This study examined the moderated mediating effect of young children’s daily stress and teachers’ interaction support between marital conflict and children’s happiness. Methods: Participants were 1,161 households from the 7th wave of the Panel Study on Korean Children of Korea (2014). Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0, and the PROCESS Macro 4.0 software was used to analyze the moderating effect, mediating effect, and moderated mediation effect. Results: Young children’s daily stress mediated the relationship between marital conflict and children’s happiness. Additionally, teachers’ interaction support moderated the relationship between marital conflict and children’s daily stress. Lastly, the findings verified that teachers’ interactive support moderated the mediating effect of children’s daily stress on the relationship between marital conflict and children’s happiness. Conclusions: The results of this study indicated that reducing children’s daily stress due to marital conflict can promote children’s happiness, even when teachers strongly support children’s interactions. The findings of this study highlight the importance of marital relationships and teachers’ roles in children’s well-being. The results of this study could be used to inform educational programs for parents and teachers.
