혁신교육지구 사업성과에 대한 교원과 마을교육활동가의 인식 연구 : 충북행복교육지구 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 혁신교육지구 사업성과에 대한 교원과 마을교육활동가의 인식 차이를 양적 연구방법을 통해 분석하고자 하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교원과 마을교육활동가 두 집단 모두 높게 인식하고 있는 혁신교육지구 사업의 성과는 무엇인가? 둘째, 교원과 마을교육활동가 두 집단 간 인식 차이를 나타내는 혁신교육지구 사업성과는 무엇인가? 셋째, 교원과 마을교육활동가 중에서 사업 참여 기간에 따른 사업성과의 인식 차이가 어떠한가? 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혁신교육지구 사업성과에서 교원과 마을교육활동가 두 집단 모두 높게 인식하고 있는 성과는 ‘지역특색 활성화’이며, 모두 낮게 인식하고 있는 성과는 ‘지속가능성 확보’로 나타났다. 둘째, 교원과 마을교육활동가 두 집단 간 인식 차이를 나타내는 사업성과는 ‘교육협력체제 구축’과 ‘학교와 지역 연계’, ‘비전과 기본계획 수립’으로 확인되었다. ‘교육협력체제 구축’과 ‘학교와 지역 연계’는 교원이 마을교육활동가보다 높게 인식하고 있었고, ‘비전과 기본계획 수립’은 마을교육활동가가 교원보다 높게 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 사업 참여기간에 따른 사업성과 인식 차이는 교원이‘비전 및 기본계획 수립’에서 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 마을교육활동가는 모든 영역에서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 혁신교육지구 사업성과에 대한 두 집단 간 인식 차이를 이해하고 학교와 지역 연계․협력을 강화하기 위한 정책적 방안 모색에 필요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in perceptions of teachers and village education activists about the project performance of the innovative education district through a quantitative research method. The main results of this study are as follows. First, in the project performance of the innovative education district, the result that both groups of teachers and village education activists recognized was 'activation of regional characteristics', and the result that both groups perceived as low was 'Securing sustainability'. Second, the project outcomes indicating the difference in perception between the two groups of teachers and village education activists were identified as ‘Establishment of an educational cooperation system’, ‘Linking schools and regions’, and ‘Establishment of a vision and basic plan’. Teachers' perceptions of 'Educational cooperation system establishment' and 'connection with schools and regions' were higher than that of village education activists, and village education activists perceived higher than teachers of 'establishing a vision and basic plan'. Third, among teachers and village education activists with experience participating in the project, the difference in performance perception according to the period of project participation was significantly different for teachers in 'establishing a vision and basic plan', and village education activists showed no difference in all areas. This study is meaningful in that it can be used as basic data needed to understand the difference in perception between the two groups on the project performance of the innovative education district and to seek policy measures to strengthen cooperation between schools and regions.
