국문 초록

본 논문은 정서·행동증상을 가진 아동의 상담개입으로서 모래상자치료 성과를 증거기반 실제에 근거한 사례연구이다. 이에 해석학적 단일사례 효과설계로 분석하여 상담성과를 보았다. 정서행동증상을 지닌 아동은 자신이 스스로 정서ㆍ행동적 문제를 해결하는데 어려움을 가지게 된다. 아동은 최초 관계인 부모로부터 전반적인 영향을 받게 되는데 부모의 양육태도가 아동의 발달과 관계에 크게 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 정서행동 증상을 가진 5세 아동을 대상으로 모래상자 치료개입을 2021년 3월~5월까지 10회기 모래상자치료가 진행되었다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 첫째, 모래상자치료 과정에서 어떠한 상담의 변화가 나타나는가? 둘째, 모래상자치료를 통해 생활의 기능과 증상이 유의미한 변화가 나타나는가?‘이다. 본 연구의 결과는 모래상자치료를 통해 자신의 감정을 표현할 수 있는 소통이 되어 의식발달이 이루어지고 자기 치유력에 의해 증상과 기능이 안정화가 되었다.

영문 초록

This paper examines the performance of sand play therapy as a counseling intervention for children with emotional and behavioral symptoms by analyzing it as an analytical single-case effect design based on evidence-based practice. Children with emotional behavioral symptoms have difficulty solving emotional and behavioral problems on their own. Children are generally influenced by their parents, who are the first relationship, and their parenting attitude greatly affects the child's development and relationship. In this study, 10 times of sand play treatment counseling was conducted for 5-year-old children with emotional behavioral symptoms from March to May 2021. The research question of this study is 'First, what changes in counseling appear in the sand play treatment process? Second, is there a significant change in life function and symptoms through sand play therapy?' As a result of this study, consciousness development was achieved through communication that can express one's feelings through sandtray therapy, and symptoms and functions were stabilized by self-healing power.
