국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 분석심리학적 관점에서 인격의 발달에 관해 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 인격형성의 정신적 요소들을 의식과 무의식, 자아와 그림자, 페르소나와 아니마·아니무스 등 서로 대비되는 요소를 중심으로 살펴보았고 인격발달의 과정에 대해서 살펴보았다. 인격의 문제는 내면의 목소리이며 정신적 요소이다. 인격의 발달이란 ‘내면의 목소리’ 즉 ‘막강하고 객관적인 정신적 요소’를 직면하고 자신의 소명으로 수용하고 받아들이는 것이다. 인격발달은 자기실현이며 개성화 과정이다. 자기실현은 무의식이 자기의 전체정신을 실현하는 것이다. 즉 다른 사람과의 싸움이 자기 안에서의 싸움으로 옮겨지며 고통을 감내하고 의미를 발견하며 진정한 자기가 되어가는 것이다. 자기실현은 인생의 전환기에 정신적 긴장과 혼란에 처했을 때 잘 나타난다. 자기실현은 페르소나와 ‘나’를 구별하고, 그림자와 아니마·아니무스를 인식하고 자아를 확장하는 것이다. 이러한 과정을 통해 인격은 성장하고 발달하는 것이다. 결론적으로 분석심리학에서 인격의 발달은 자기-인식을 얻고자 하는 것이며 자신의 어두운 면 자아콤플렉스 그림자와 직면하고 자아가 내적인격인 아니마·아니무스와 통합하여 진정한 자기와 만날 수 있고 진정한 자기개성을 실현하는 것이다. 이러한 인격이 사회적 도덕적 태도를 성공적으로 실현해낼 수 있는 도덕적 능력이 된다.

영문 초록

This study was to investigate the development of personality on Analytical Psychology. To investigate psychic structures of the personality in this study are consciousness vs. unconsciousness, ego vs. shadow, persona vs. anima·animus and also to investigate the process development of personality considerate of literatures. The personality is the inner voice and elements of the human psyche. Developing the personality is that we are confronted with unconsciousness and then we accept with our vocation. Developing the personality is the self-realization and that is process of individuation. Self-realization is that we are realized on the whole psyche in our unconsciousness. That is the struggle with others moves in my mind, endure pains, discover the true-self in the life. Self-realization come out a turning point on psychological stress and confusing. It's distinguish self from persona, realize the shadow anima·animus and then enlarge the ego-personality. The personality develop and reach maturity through the process. Finally, the development of personality on analytical psychology is self-recognition, confront with shadow(ego-complex), ego integrates anima·animus and then meet with true-self inner personality and actualize real individuation. This personality is the ability of virtuous to lead the successful social virtuous.
