영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out how successful the Australia-Korea teacher exchange program in April 2006 was, and what needs to be done to improve the program. The focus of the study is on the workshop and the school and home experience parts of the program. A survey was conducted on the 16 Australian teachers who participated in the program, and their responses were anlyzed. The results showed that the program was very successful overall and that a few arrangements need to be made to make the program more successful.
