예비교사의 학습동기와 진로결정 효능감이 전공만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비교사들의 학습동기와 진로결정 효능감이 전공만족에 미치는 주요 예측 변인을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 충북권에 소재하고 있는 대학에 재학 중이며 전공수업을 수강한 경험이 있는 학생 339명을 대상으로 하였다. 예비교사들의 전공만족과 학습동기, 진로결정 효능감 간의 관계를 확인하기 위한 상관관계분석 및 예측변인과 그 영향력을 이해하기 위한 회귀분석, 중다회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공만족과 학습동기, 진로결정 효능감 변수들 간에는 유의한 정적의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공만족이 학습동기와 진로결정 효능감에 미치는 영향을 예측하는 모형의 통계적 유의성을 검증한 결과 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습동기와 진로결정 효능감은 전공만족에 상대적 기여도가 높은 예측변인인 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify the key predicting variables of the impacts of preservice teachers’ learning motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy on their major satisfaction. The research subjects were 339 students who had taken major courses in a college located in the Chungbuk region. Correlation analysis was employed to check the correlations of preservice teachers’ major satisfaction with learning motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy, and regression analysis and multiple regression analysis methods were employed to understand the predicting variables and the influence. The results of the study are as follows. First, it turned out that their major satisfaction had significant positive correlations with the learning motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy variables. Second, as a result of the verification of the statistical significance of the model predicting the impacts of satisfaction with major on learning motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy, it had positive (+) impacts. Third, it turned out that learning motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy were the predicting variables with high relative contributions to their major satisfaction.
