국문 초록

본 연구는 집단치료놀이 프로그램이 한부모 가정 아동의 자아존중감과 정서적 부적응 행동에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 집단치료놀이 프로그램은 주 2회 50분씩 총 12회기로 구성되었으며, 실험집단과 통제집단으로 선정된 아동들에게 실험 전·후 자아존중감 척도와 정서적 부적응 행동 척도를 실시하여 프로그램 효과를 검증하고, 치료과정에서 나타난 행동변화를 관찰하여 내용분석 하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 자아존중감 척도와 정서적 부적응 행동 척도에서 실험 집단에 유의한 차이가 나타났음을 알 수 있었으며 집단치료놀이 과정 중 연구대상자들이 초기단계에 비해 종결단계로 나아갈수록 긍정적인 변화를 보였음을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에서 집단치료놀이 프로그램이 한부모 가정 아동의 자아존중감을 향상시키고 정서적 부적응 행동을 감소시켰다는 연구결과를 밝힘으로써, 그 효과를 입증하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to see the effects of group therapy play program in the self esteem and emotional maladjustment behavior in children from divorce single parent families. Group therapy play program was carried out in 2 sessions of 50 minutes per week in a total of 12 sessions a week, control group and experimental group of children were drawn up. The effect of the program was verified and analyzed through using a scale for self esteem and emotional maladjustment behavior before and after the experiment and in the behavioral difference that was seen during the therapy process. It was seen in the result of the study that in the self esteem and emotional maladjustment scale that there was an important shift in the experimental group and that during the group therapy play program the subjects showed positive change more towards the end of the experiment as compared to the initial stages. Based on these results, the effect of group therapy play program was verified in that it increases the self esteem of children from divorce single parent families and decreased emotional maladjustment behavior.
