다문화 아동·청소년 미술치료 연구의 체계적 문헌고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화 아동․청소년 대상 미술치료 문헌의 현황 및 특성을 확인하고, 문헌의 질 평가로 선정 문헌의 근거와 근거의 질을 파악하며, 양적 합성으로 전체적인 연구효과를 알아보는 체계적 문헌고찰이다. 이에 PRISMA의 절차에 따라 연구를 설계, 문헌 선별과정을 거쳐 2008년부터 2021년까지의 국내 학술지에 발표된 다문화 아동․청소년 미술치료 문헌 총 10편을 선정하였다. RoBANS로 비뚤림 위험을 평가하고, 각 연구의 효과를 양적 합성하여 그 결과를 숲 그림(Forest Plot)으로 제시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 선정된 문헌은 유사실험연구설계의 집단미술치료 연구로, 미술치료 중재는 주 1-2회, 회기당 90분, 총회기 10-15회 구성이 가장 빈번하였고, 미술치료의 효과는 다양한 심리․정서적 측정도구로 확인하였다. 둘째, 문헌의 질 평가 결과, ‘교란변수’는 높은 비뚤림이, ‘대상군 선정’과 ‘노출측정’, ‘평가자의 눈가림’은 ‘알 수 없음’으로 평가되었다. 마지막으로 양적 합성을 통해 연구 간의 이질성을 확인하여, 효과 유형별 하위군 분석을 실행하였다. 그 결과, 자아탐색(Z= 3.85, p <.001)과 스트레스(Z= 4.17, p <.001)에서 연구 간 효과의 일관성이 관찰되었으며 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This systematic review identified the current state and characteristics of art therapy for multicultural children and adolescents, by assessing the quality of the included studies and examining the overall research effect via quantitative synthesis. After the research was designed and screened based on PRISMA procedures, a total of 10 studies involving art therapy for multicultural children and adolescents’ published in KCI journals from 2008 to 2021 were selected. The effects of each study were quantitatively synthesized with RoBANS, and the results were presented as in a forest plot. As a result, all included studies are a group art therapy with a quasi-experiment study design, and the art therapy intervention was mostly conducted once or twice weekly, 90 minutes for total 10-15 sessions. The effect was measured using a psychological/ emotional tools. The evaluation of the quality of the included studies revealed a high risk of bias on “confounder,” but an unclear risk of bias on “target group selection,” “exposure measurement,” and “blinding of assessors.”Finally, heterogeneity between studies was confirmed by quantitative synthesis, and the subgroup analysis by study effect was then performed. As a result, inter-study effect consistency was observed in self-exploration (Z= 3.85, p <.001) and stress (Z= 4.17, p <.001), which is statistically significant. The significance and limitations of the study were discussed based on the above results.
