국문 초록

이 글은 들뢰즈의 차이의 철학에 대해 살펴본 것이다. 차이성은 동일성의 반대 용어이다. 동일성은 서구 철학에서 질서와 안정성을 위해 추구해 온 핵심적인 근간이다. 동일성은 질서를 의미하며, 차이는 무질서를 의미한다. 하지만 차이는 새로운 질서를 의미하며, 실제적으로 질서와 무질서의 상호작용을 말한다. 그런데 차이는 질서를 어지럽히는 것으로 간주해서 철학적 사유에서 언제나 변방에 자리를 잡았다. 들뢰즈는 차이 개념을 중심으로 철학적 사유를 전개하면서, 기존의 동일성의 철학으로 간주하는 고대와 근대의 서구 철학의 전제들을 비판적으로 조망한다. 특히 심리학의 선구자라고 할 수 있는 프로이트의 사유에서도 동일성의 사유에 기반하고 있음을 제시한다. 차이의 철학은 외연량에 의해 추구되어 온 근대 철학의 문제점을 직시하면서 강도량을 통해 새로운 사유의 가능성을 제시한다. 들뢰즈는 강도의 특성을 비-동등성, 긍정성, 안주름을 통해 표현한다. 이런 특성은 타자에 대한 부정성을 비판하고 그 대안을 제시하는 적절한 특성의 술어들이다. 따라서 들뢰즈는 과정 속에서도 어떤 수렴의 지점을 찾아서 그것을 강도의 개념으로 표현하며, 이를 통해 우리의 삶에서 새로운 가능성을 보여준다.

영문 초록

This article examines Deleuze s philosophy of difference. Difference is the opposite of identity. Identification is the core foundation that Western philosophy has pursued for order and stability. Identification means order, and difference means disorder. However, the difference means a new order, and it actually refers to the interaction between order and disorder. However, the difference was regarded as disturbing the order, so it always settled on the periphery in philosophical reasons. Deleuze develops philosophical thoughts around the concept of difference, critically looking at the premises of ancient and modern Western philosophy, which is regarded as the philosophy of existing identity. In particular, Freud s reason, which can be said to be the pioneer of psychology, suggests that it is based on the reason for identity. The philosophy of difference presents the possibility of new thinking through the quantity of intensity while facing the problems of modern philosophy that have been pursued by extensive quantity. Deleuze expresses the characteristics of intensity through non-equivalence, positivity, and implication. These characteristics are predicates of appropriate characteristics that criticize the negativity of others and suggest alternatives. Thus, Deleuze and Guattari find a point of convergence in the process and express it as a concept of intensity, thereby showing new possibilities in our lives.
