비대면 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 성찰학습이 학습몰입을 매개로 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 예비 직업인인 간호대학생의 성찰학습과 친사회적 행동 간의 영향관계를 규명하고, 학습몰입의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 전국 대학의 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생 244명을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 SPSS 26.0 및 AMOS 26.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 성찰학습은 학습몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 학습몰입도 친사회적 행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 성찰학습이 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 성찰학습은 학습몰입을 매개로 친사회적 행동에 완전매개효과를 가지는 것으로 검증되었다. 연구결과는 간호대학생의 성찰학습이 친사회적 행동을 발현하기 위해서 학습몰입이 필수적임을 의미한다. 실천적 지식이 중요한 간호대학생의 친사회적 행동을 제고하기 위해서는 전공지식과 실무가 연계될 수 있는 성찰학습 환경에서 학습몰입 수준을 높이기 위한 개인맞춤형 적응형 교육과 학습활동이 전제되어야 한다. 종합하면 간호대학생이 전문직업인이 되었을 때 환자들에게 친사회적인 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 대학 차원에서 성찰학습을 장려하고, 학습몰입 환경을 조성할 것을 제언한다. 이 연구는 의료기관에서 환자와 접촉하여 근무하게 될 예비간호대학생의 친사회적 행동이 요구되는 상황에서 직업교육 차원의 실무역량을 높이는 강의 설계와 교수학습 전략 마련을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence relationship between reflective learning and pro-social behavior of nursing students, who are prospective professionals, and to verify the mediating effect of student engagement. Data collected from 244 students enrolled in the Department of Nursing at universities nationwide were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. As a result, reflective learning had a statistically significant effect on student engagement, and student engagement also had an effect on pro-social behavior. However, it was found that the effect of reflective learning on pro-social behavior was not statistically significant. Reflective learning was verified to have a complete mediating effect on pro-social behavior through student engagement. The results of this study imply that student engagement is essential in order for nursing students reflective learning to express pro-social behavior. In order to enhance the pro-social behavior of nursing students where practical knowledge is important, personalized education and learning activities must be premised to increase the level of student engagement in a reflective learning environment in which major knowledge and practice can be linked. In sum, it is suggested to encourage reflective learning at the university level and create a student engagement environment so that nursing students can provide pro-social medical services to patients when they become professionals. This study is meaningful in that it can be used as basic data for lecture design and teaching and learning strategies to enhance practical competency at the level of vocational education in a situation where prosocial behavior of prospective nursing students will be required at medical institutions.
