모래놀이 집단상담이 지역아동센터 청소년의 정서⦁행동문제에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 취약계층이 많은 지역아동센터 청소년들에게 모래놀이 집단상담을 실시하여 정서·행동문제에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상으로는 충청남도 C시에 소재한 공립 지역아동센터에 다니고 있는 인근 중학교 1, 2학년에 재학 중인 8명의 여학생들로 구성되었으며 모래놀이 집단상담은 주 1회, 50분씩 총 10회로 실시하였다. 모래놀이 집단상담의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 사전-사후 한국판 청소년 행동평가척도 자기보고용(K-YSR)를 실시하여 변화를 분석하였다. 모래놀이 집단상담 실시 후 Baseline에 비해 문제행동 총점(z = -2.366, p = .018), 내재화(z = -2.103, p = .035), 외현화(z = -2.371, p = .018), 사고 문제(z = -2.226, p = .026)가 통계적으로 유의한 감소를 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 지역아동센터에 있는 청소년들에게 모래놀이 집단상담이 정서·행동문제에 있어 효과가 있다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the effect on emotional and behavioral problems by conducting group counseling on local children s centers with many vulnerable social groups. The study consists of eight female students attending the public children s center in C, Chungcheongnam-do, attending the first and second grades of a nearby middle school. Group counseling for sand play was conducted once a week for 50 minutes, 10 times a week. In order to verify the effectiveness of the group counseling on sand play, the difference was analyzed by conducting a pre- and post-test, Korean Youth Self Report (K-YSR). The total score of problem behavior (z = -2.366, p = .018), and internalization (z = -2.103, p = .035) compared to baseline after conducting collective consultation on sand play, externalization (z = -2.371, p = .018), Accidental Problem (z = -2.226, p = .026) showed a statistically significant decrease. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that group counseling of sand play is effective in emotional and behavioral problems for teenagers at local children s centers.
