국문 초록

본 연구에서는 평생교육의 학문적 원리를 기반으로 미래의 바람직한 공동체 구축을 위한 역량을 제안하고 그 함양 과정과 결과를 제안하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 방법으로는 사회철학적 방법론을 선택하였다. 본 연구에서는 미래 바람직한 공동체를 공락체로 규정하였다. 공락체란 구성원들 간에 즐거움을 위해 협력하는 배움 공동체를 의미한다. 공락체 구축을 위한 역량은 공생력으로 명명하였다. 공생력은 성숙한 시민을 양성하기 위한 역량이다. 공생력은 공감 능력과 비판 능력, 참여 능력으로 구성되며, 사회화와 역사회화, 사회적 상호작용, 호혜적 이타심을 중심 내용으로 한다. 공생력의 함양을 위해 평생교육으로서 배움의 안드라고지를 제안하였다. 공생력은 전생애적으로 함양되어야 한다. 공생력은 안드라고지의 패러다임에 근거한 배움을 통해서만 함양이 가능하다. 공생력은 창발을 통해 함양 여부가 결정된다. 창발은 어떤 상황에서 함양된 공생력이 행동으로 드러나는 현상을 의미한다. 왜냐하면 창발은 지행합일의 행위이기 때문이다. 공생력의 실현을 위해서는 배움자본화가 이루어져야 한다. 배움자본화는 인간자본과 사회자본, 그리고 교육자본을 상호 관여적으로 연결하여 공생력을 창발하게 하는 과정이다. 인간의 배움능력, 사회자본으로서의 신뢰, 사회에 산재해있는 각종 교육기관을 연계해 공생력 함양과 창발을 추구하는 과정이 배움자본화다. 마지막으로 배움자본화를 위하여 사회에는 성숙한 어른이 많아야 함을 강조하였다. 성숙한 어른의 문화적 유전자인 ‘MEME’을 우리 아이들에게 전달하여야 공락체가 형성될 수 있음을 강조하였다.

영문 초록

This study was to proposed competencies for building a desirable community in the future and suggested processes and results for its cultivation, based on the academic principles of lifelong education. As a research method of this study, a socio-philosophical methodology was selected. In this study, desirable communities in the future were defined as community for conviviality. A community for conviviality means a community of erudition that cooperates for enjoying among the members. The competency for constructing a community of conviviality was named symbiosisability. Symbiosisability is the capacity to cultivate mature citizens. Symbiosisability consists of capability of empathy, criticism, and participation. Symbiosisability consists of content centered on socialization and conversely socialization, social interaction, and reciprocal altruism. In order to cultivate symbiosisability, it was proposed to erudition of Andragogy as lifelong education. Symbiosisability should be cultivated throughout a whole life. Symbiosisability is determined whether to cultivate or not through creative release. Creative release refers to a phenomenon in which symbiosisability cultivated in certain situations is revealed by action. Educational capitalization based on erudition must be achieved in order to realize symbiosisability. Educational capitalization based on erudition is a process that creates symbiosisability by interventionaly linking human capital, social capital, and educational capital. Educational capitalization based on erudition is the process of cultivating symbiosisability and pursuing development by linking human eruditing ability, trust as social capital, and various educational institutions scattered in society. Finally, it was emphasized that there should be many mature adults in society for educational capitalization based on erudition. It emphasized that MEME, a cultural gene of mature adults, must be delivered to children to form a community for conviviality.
