성인 학습자의 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS) 연구 동향 및 주요 변인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 성인 학습자를 대상으로 한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 관련 국내 석, 박사학위 논문과 학술지 논문을 분석하여 연구 동향과 주요 변인을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2017년부터 2021년 7월까지 97개의 학위 논문과 117개의 학술지를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과로는 첫째, 각 연도 별로 거의 비슷한 논문게재 수를 보이고 있어 SNS 관련 연구가 지속적으로 진행되고 있으며 중요한 변인으로 인식되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 마케팅과 IT분야는 다양한 변인으로 연구가 진행되었지만 그 외 분야에서는 상대적으로 적은 연구가 이루어졌다. 셋째, 매년 새로운 분야와 변인 관련 연구가 나타나고 있어 기존의 문제점을 새로운 시각으로 해결하고자 하는 노력이 나타났다. 결론은 첫째, 국내 석, 박사학위 논문과 학술지에서 가장 많이 연구된 분야는 마케팅 분야이다. 이용자들이 원하는 정보 제공과 소비자 패턴이 빠르게 변화함에 따른 대응 전략의 중요성이 확인되었다. 둘째, 학위 논문에서 가장 많이 연구된 변인은 이용 의도이다. 이용자를 위한 단발성이 아닌 지속적인 콘텐츠 형성에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 있음이 파악되었다. 셋째, 국내 학술지에서 가장 많이 연구된 변인은 정보이다. 문제 발생 시 사람이 동시다발적으로 대응하기에는 한계가 있으므로 SNS가 복잡하고 다양한 문제를 빠르게 해결할 수 있는 시스템으로 인식됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 시사점으로는 초기성인학습자인 MZ 세대를 포함한 폭넓은 성인학습자들을 대상으로 한 연구를 통해 세대간 갈등해결 방안도 필요하며, 평생학습적 관점에서의 종단연구도 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify research trends and key factors of social network service for adult learners in Korea. A meta analysis was performed with 97 master and doctoral dissertations and 117 academic journals from 2017 to July 2021. The results were as follows. First, SNS has been steady research topic for recent five years and considered as an important variable as it shows almost similar frequency for each year. Second, marketing and IT field research have been conducted as the major field with various variables but in other fields, the number of studies was relatively small. Third, it seems that every year, even though small numbers of new fields and variables have been included, several research have attempted to find solution by breaking through existing problems with new perspectives. The conclusion is, first, the most research field in Korean master and doctoral degree theses and academic journals is the marketing field. It confirmed needs for response strategies coping with the users desired information provision and consumer patterns to rapid social change. Second, the most studied variable in the theses is intention to use SNS. And the research showed that it was confirmed the importance of sustainable development of content for the customers. Third, the most studied variable in academic journals is information providing. This means that SNS was able to solve complex and various problems more quickly and simultaneously than human responses.
