국내 특수교사의 심리적 소진에 관한 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 2013년부터 2021년까지 특수교사를 대상으로 한 심리적 소진에 관한 연구들의 수행된 방식과 연구 특성을 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 나아가 특수교사의 심리적 소진과 관련된 연구가 지향해야 할 점이 무엇인지 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2013년부터 2021년까지 등재(후보)학술지에 게재된 29편의 논문을 분석하였다. 논문 분석을 위하여 일차적으로 ‘심리적 소진’, ‘특수교사’, ‘특수’, ‘소진’ 등의 키워드로 검색하여, 교사의 심리적 소진 및 특수교사와 관련된 기존 선행연구를 참고하여 연구방법의 분석틀을 마련하고 대상 논문을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교사의 심리적 소진과 관련된 연구들은 매해 평균 3편 이상씩 발표되었으며 연구대상은 특수학교의 특수교사를 대상으로 수행한 연구가 가장 많았다. 둘째, 연구방법은 양적연구 중 분산분석이 가장 많았으며 사용된 척도는 MBI 번안 척도가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구결과는 방법론적으로는 질적연구, 사례연구 등 다양한 연구방법들이 수행되어야 하며 세부적으로는 매개변인과 조절변인을 통해 심리적 소진의 이유를 살펴볼 필요가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 끝으로 특수교사의 심리적 소진을 예방하기 위하여 하위 변인별 연구의 필요성과 특수교사들에게 필요한 지원과 정책의 방향성을 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the psychological burnout of special education teachers and to explore 29 researches characteristics published from 2013 to 2021 in Korea. For the analysis of the thesis, keywords such as psychological burnout’, ‘special education teachers’, ‘special’, and ‘burnout’, were searched, and the criteria of the researches were analyzed. The research results are as follows. First, more than three studies related to psychological burnout of special teachers were published annually, and the most common research subjects were special education teachers at special schools. Second, the research method had the most variance analysis among quantitative studies, and the scale used was the scale that translated the MBI of Maslach and Jackson (1981). Third, various research methods such as qualitative research and case studies should be carried out in terms of methodology. Also, it is necessary to examine the reasons for psychological burnout through parameters and regulatory variables. Finally, in order to prevent psychological burnout of special education teachers, suggestions were presented for the necessity of research by subvariable and the support and policy direction necessary for special teachers.
