포스터 만들기 활동에 나타난 초등학생들의 질병 예방과 치료에 대한 인식

국문 초록

본 연구는 미래의 교육 트렌드로 발달한 과학기술을 활용한 융합교육과 디지털화된 교육 에서 디지털 자료의 활용이 너무 강조되는 측면에 반해 전통적인 아날로그 방식의 시각화 방식의 중요성을 제기하고자 했다. 이 연구는 포스터 그리기에 나타난 학생들의 질병 예방에 대한 인식을 분석해 보고자 한 것이다. 이 연구에는 초등학교 6학년 학생 27명이 참여했다. 이들은 우리 몸의 구조와 기능에 대한 단원의 수업을 모두 마친 후에 우리 몸의 각 기관에서 발생할 수 있는 질병의 종류와 예방하기 포스터 만들기 활동을 하도록 하여 그 결과를 분석한 것이다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생들은 각각의 질병의 특징을 잘 추출하여 포스터에 필요한 부분으로 정리한 것을 알 수 있다. 학생들은 호흡계 6종 11건, 소화계 3종 9건, 순환계 5종 6건, 골격계 1종 1건, 기타 1종 1건의 질병에 대한 포스터를 제작하였다. 최근의 전세계적인 팬더믹으로 맹위를 떨치고 있는 코로나 19로 인해 개인 위생이 생활 습관화 되어야 하고 이를 통해 질병예방을 할 수 있다는 생각이 지배적이었다. 둘째, 포스터를 평가할 때 초등학생들은 다른 학생들의 과제를 평가할 때 웹툰 혹은 만화와 같은 시각자료를 이용하여 정보를 잘 표현한 것을 선호했다. 내용전달에서도 성실히 정성을 다한 것에 대한 평가가 긍정적이었다.

영문 초록

This study tried to raise the importance of the traditional analog visualization method, while the use of digital materials is too emphasized in convergence education and digitized education using science and technology developed as a future education trend. The purpose of this study is to analyze students perceptions of disease prevention in poster drawing. 27 students in the sixth grade of elementary school participated in this study. After completing the unit class on ‘the structure and function of our body’, they analyzed the results of the poster making activity for the types and prevention of diseases that can occur in each organ of our body. The result is as follows. First, it can be seen that elementary school students extracted the characteristics of each disease well and organized them into necessary parts for the poster. The students made posters about diseases of the respiratory system, 11 cases of 6 types, digestive system, 9 cases of 3 types, circulatory system, 5 types, 6 cases, skeletal system, 1 type, and 1 case of other diseases. Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, which is raging as a global pandemic, the dominant idea was that personal hygiene should become a habit and that disease could be prevented. Second, when evaluating posters, elementary school students preferred to express information well using visual materials such as webtoons or cartoons when evaluating other students tasks. The evaluation of the sincerity and sincerity in content delivery was also positive.
