국문 초록

본 연구는 강점기반접근이라는 새로운 관점을 바탕으로 어린이집 강점평가지표의 개발 방향 및 구성요인을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전문가 8명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 전문가들의 의견을 분석한 결과, 어린이집 강점평가는 어린이집의 긍정적 특성에 초점을 두고 구성원 스스로가 어린이집의 강점을 발견하고, 강점을 기반으로 전반적인 질을 확인할 수 있는 평가라고 개념화 되었다. 또한 어린이집 강점평가지표는 각 기관의 강점을 발견하고 가치를 부여할 수 있는 자체평가, 강점을 기반으로 어린이집의 전반적인 질을 평가할 수 있는 평가, 어린이집의 핵심가치를 평가할 수 있는 평가로 개발되어야 한다는 결과를 도출하였다. 강점평가의 구성요인은 윤리성, 관계성, 전문성, 지역성, 긍정성의 총 5개의 요인으로 추출되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the direction of the development of Strengths-based Assessment Indicators for Daycare Centers. According to opinions from experts, the concept of a “Strengths-based assessment for daycare centers” is defined as “assessment focusing on a centerpositive characteristics, helping members discover the strengths of the daycare center for themselves, confirming the overall strengths-based quality, and ultimately enhancing the quality of the daycare center.” It has also been decided that the strengths-based assessment indicators for daycare centers should be evaluated to determine strengths and to validate, in order to assess the overall quality of the daycare center based on its strengths, to assess the core values of the day care center, and to let the staff take the initiative in assessment. Five factors were selected as the components of strengths-based assessment: ethics, relationships, professionalism, locality, and positive organization.
