생태유아교육기관 전환컨설팅 모형 개발 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 아이살림‧생명살림의 생태유아교육의 가치를 실현하는 생태유아교육기관으로 전환하고자 하는 기관에 도움을 주기 위한 모형을 개발하는데 목적을 둔다. 문헌고찰을 통해 컨설팅 개념을 도입하여 모형 초안을 구성하고, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 모형 초안을 검토하고 전문가자문회의에서 수정·보완하여 모형 시안을 개발하였다. 개발된 모형시안은 어린이집 2곳에 적용하고 전문가자문회의에서 적용 결과를 분석하고 수정·보완하여 모형 최종안으로 확정하였다. 모형 최종안은 목적 및 목표, 영역 및 내용, 참여주체, 수행절차로 구성되었고 모형의 구체적인 운영방안을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a conversion consulting model that focuses on converting typical early childhood education(ECE) institutions into eco ECE institutions. The development proconversion consulting model was as follows: 1) the first model was developed on the basis of the results of literature reviews, focus group interviews and modified by an advisory conference of experts; 2) the first model was applied two ECE institutions, and were confirmed by an advisory conference of experts. The results of the study revealed that the conversion consulting model comprise purpose consulting, participants, the consulting area and content, and the process of consulting. The purpose of the finalized conversion consulting model is to assist typical ECE institutions in converting themselves into well-functioning eco ECE institutions that are based on the philosophy of eco ECE. The participants of the finalized conversion consulting model are customers, a consulting manager, and consultants. Concerning the consulting area and content of the model, eco ECE institutions five areas: living space, life management, eco ECE curriculum, student–teacher relationship, and ecological health/nutrition/safety. Concerning the process of consulting, this model comprises five stages: preparation, diagnosis, planning, acting out, and completion.
