국문 초록

본 연구는 3년 이상 단약을 하고 있는 여성 마약중독자 3명을 대상으로 회복 체험의 총체적 의미를 파악하여, 이들의 장기적 회복을 위해 사회복지실천 현장에서 필요한 시사점과 실천적 개입 방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 Medard Boss(2003)가 제시한 역사성, 근본 기분, 공존성, 신체성, 개현성 개념을 적용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 분석 결과를 통해, 본 연구는 3가지 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 회복기 여성 마약중독자들의 회복체험은 이들의 회복 의지와 약물 갈망 사이에서 지속적인 심리 내적 갈등을 보인다는 것이다. 둘째, 여성 마약중독자들의 회복은 중독자로 살면서 무너진 삶의 일상성을 복원하는 것이다. 셋째, 회복기 여성 마약중독자들은 회복과정에서 사회적 배제를 경험하고 있다는 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 시사점을 토대로 사회복지 실천현장에서 필요한 몇 가지 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to grasp the overall meaning of recovery experiences for three female drug addicts who have not used drugs for at least 3 years and to derive implications and practical interventions necessary in the social welfare field for their long-term recovery. For this, the concepts of historicity, fundamental attunement mood, co-existence, physicality, and essential meaning suggested by Medard Boss (2003) were applied and analyzed. And through these analysis results, three implications were obtained. First, the recovery experience of female drug addicts in the recovery period shows a constant internal psychological conflict between their recovery will and drug cravings. Second, it can be said that the recovery of female drug addicts is to recover the daily life of a broken life while living as an addict. Third, female drug addicts in the recovery period are experiencing social exclusion in the recovery process. Based on these implications, this study suggested necessary measures in the field of social welfare practice.
