간호대학생의 산림치유 효과 인식에 미치는 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 산림치유 효과 인식에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료 수집기간은 2021년 5월 17일에서 21까지이며, 연구 대상자는 120명의 4학년 간호대학생이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성과 산림치유 활동 효과 인식, 긍정적 사고의 정도와 이들 간의 상관관계를 구하였고, 산림치유 효과 인식에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 산림치유 효과 인식은 전공 만족도(r=.298, p=.001), 자연치유 이해정도(r=.276, p=.002), 산림활동 정도(r=.265, p=.003), 산림활동 적절성(r=.220, p=.016)과 유의한 순 상관관계가 있었고, 긍정적 사고(r=.322, p<.001)와도 유의한 순 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 산림치유 효과 인식에 미치는 영향요인은 긍정적 사고(β=.226), 자연치유 이해정도(β=.214), 전공 만족도(β=.194)로 나타났으며 설명력은 28.8%이었고(F=7.626, p<001), 가장 영향을 주는 요인은 긍정적 사고이었다. 이러한 결과는 산림치유 활동 효과 인식을 높이기 위해 자연치유에 대한 사전 지식이 필요함을 시사한다. 따라서 추후 연구를 통해 산림치유 활동 효과 인식에 영향을 주는 변인을 활용하여 간호대학생이 실제로 수행할 수 있는 산림치유 활동 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to identify factors affecting nursing students perceptions of forest healing effects. The data collection period is from May 17 to 21, 2021, and the subjects of the study are 120 fourth-year nursing students. The collected data was used using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program. It was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations and stepwise multiple regression. As a result of the study, the perception of forest healing effects and major satisfaction (r=.298, p=.001), understanding naturopathic treatment (r=.276, p=.002), forest activities (r=.265, p=.003), Appropriateness of forest activities (r=.220, p=.016), and positive thinking (r=.322, p<.001) showed a significant net correlation. The influencing factors on the perception of forest healing effect were positive thinking (β=.226), degree of understanding of natural healing (β=.214), and satisfaction with the major (β=.194). The explanatory power was 28.8%, and the most influential factor was The contributing factor was positive thinking (β =.322, p<.001). It may be concluded that it will be necessary to find various factors affecting the perception of the effects of forest healing activities through future research and to develop a forest healing activity program that nursing students can actually perform. These results suggest that prior knowledge about natural healing is necessary to increase the effectiveness of forest healing. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a forest healing activity program that nursing students can actually perform by utilizing the variables that affect the perception of the effects of forest healing activities through future research.
