국문 초록

본 연구는 우울 대학생에 대한 인형치료를 적용한 사례연구이다. 인형치료가 대학생의 우울 감소에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 그리고 인형치료를 통하여 경험한 것은 무엇인지 살펴봄으로써 대학생의 우울을 이해하고 인형치료 과정에서의 치료경험을 탐구하고 기술하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우울 대학생에 대한 인형심리평가를 실시하고 평가 결과에 따른 10회기의 인형치료를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 우울 대학생의 우울증상이 감소되었으며, 새로운 일에 도전할 수 있는 의지와 변화되는 경험을 하였다. 이로써 인형치료가 우울 대학생의 우울치료에 적용 가능한 탁월한 치료기법임을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study applying figure therapy to depressed college students. The purpose of this study is to understand the depression of college students and to explore and describe the treatment experience in the process of figure therapy by examining how figure therapy affects the reduction of depression in college students and what they experienced through figure therapy. To this end, a figure therapy evaluation was conducted for depressed college students, and 10 sessions of figure therapy were performed according to the evaluation results. The main results of this study were that depression symptoms of depressed college students were reduced, and they had the will to take on new tasks and experience changing. As a result, it was derived that figure therapy is an excellent treatment technique applicable to depression treatment of depressed college students.
