성차 인식에 기초한 결혼만족 프로그램 개발 및 효과 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 성차 인식에 기초한 결혼만족 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정된 연구의 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째는, 성차 인식에 기초한 결혼만족 집단상담 프로그램의 내용은 무엇인가? 둘째는, 이러한 결혼만족 집단상담 프로그램은 부부들의 결혼만족을 향상시키는 데 실제적인 효과가 있는가? 연구를 위한 실험 집단은 G광역시 소재 J교회 22명을 실험집단으로, G광역시 소재한 S교회 23명을 통제집단으로 사전 검사를 실시하였다. 실험집단은 8회기에 걸친 결혼만족도를 향상하기 위한 집단 상담프로그램을 실시하여, 실험집단과 통제집단의 결혼만족도 변화를 비교하였다. 결혼만족도 검사는 미국의 임상심리학자인 Snyder 박사가 개발한 Marital Satisfaction Inventory(MSI)의 개정판(MSI–R)을 기초로 한국 부부들의 결혼만족도를 평가하기 위한 권정혜, 채규만(1998)의 결혼만족도검사(Korea–Mari tal Satisfaction Inventory: K–MSI) 도구를 수정 보완 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN)8.0 프로그램으로 결혼만족 프로그램의 효과 분석을 위해 사후 검사 점수를 가지고 변량분석을 실시하여 종속변인들 전체에 대해서 프로그램의 효과가 검증되어 결혼만족도 향상에 효과적이라는 것을 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was developing a marital satisfaction program in recognition of gender differences and analyzing of it’s effects. The program focused on the differences in perception and attitude between men and women. To analyze it’s effects, 25 adults were sampled: 22 experimental group, 23 control group. To the experimental group 8 program sessions were held. Martial Satisfaction Inventory was administered to all members in experimental and control group before and after the experimentation. It was composed of 7 sub–scales which were spouse satisfaction, emotional communication satisfaction, problem–solving communication satisfaction, sexual life satisfaction, economic satisfaction, spouse’s family satisfaction, child–rearing satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed by MANCOVA and ANOVA with the use of SPSSWIN 28.0. Research results were as follows: The marital satisfaction program appeared to be effective in improving spouse satisfaction, emotional communication satisfaction, sexual life satisfaction, economic satisfaction. But the program appeared to be not effective in improving spouse’s family satisfaction, problem–solving communication satisfaction, and child–rearing satisfaction. Especially, in the sexual life satisfaction, the program had an interaction effect with marital period. Further studies are needed to analyze the lasting effects of the marital satisfaction program.
