기독교인 부부관계요인과 영적자원의 역동적 상호작용 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 기독교인 부부관계에서 나타나는 영적자원에 대한 과정적 탐색을 통해 관계에서 상호작용하는 패턴을 발견하고, 그 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 부부관계의 요인들을 분석하여 영적자원들이 삶을 지탱하는 다른 자원들과 어떻게 부부관계에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 기독교 신앙을 가진 부부 20쌍을 참여자로 선정하고 심층인터뷰를 실시하였으며 자료분석을 위해 근거이론 접근방법을 사용하였다. 분석을 토대로 심리체계적 목회신학 방법론으로 부부관계의 상호작용을 해석하여 다섯 가지 영역: 영적자원과 결혼의 역사, 부부와 원가족의 관계, 문화가 부부관계에 미치는 영향, 부부관계와 영적자원, 부부관계와 신앙유산에 대해 논의하였다. 영적자원이 부부관계 속에 존재하지만, 가치를 제대로 발휘하지 못하게 되는 관계요인들을 파악하여 부부가 성장하고 변화하도록 돕는 것이 자신들뿐 아니라 가족과 공동체를 살리는 원동력이 될 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 부부관계를 영적자원의 상호작용 모형을 가지고 심리체계적 지도를 활용하여 체계적인 접근으로 해석하므로 신학적 주제들과 심리학적 주제들의 연결을 시도하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is as follows: to examine patterns of interaction through searching the spiritual resources and relation factors in Christian marital relationships, to explore how the interaction of spiritual resources and relation factors affect marital relationships. Based on qualitative research, the research method uses grounded theory. The subjects of this interview are 20 married Christian couples. The four types of the grounded theory for this research are ‘growth pursuit type,’ ‘overcome effort type,’ ‘growth need type,’ ‘conflict continuance type.’ These types are classified by four axes: stability or change, growth or deterioration. The dividing criterion of growth or deterioration is based on how the effect of interaction works at the present marital relationship. The dividing criterion of stability and change is based on how the couples pursue their future with their relation factors. With this analysis, the researcher discussed the five themes for interaction of marital relationships by a psychosystems approach to pastoral care and counseling. This research shows that spiritual resources are able to empower couples, children, and other lives if the resources can be living resources which affect marital relationships.
