자살 유가족을 위한 자살예방과 슬픔극복 프로그램 개발과 적용 결과 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 자살 유가족의 지원체계 마련을 위한 기초 연구로서 자살 유가족의 슬픔극복과 자살예방을 위해 개발한 프로그램을 소개하고, 프로그램을 적용한 파일럿 연구 결과를 제시하는 것에 있다. 본 프로그램이 자살 유가족에게 미치는 영향에 대해 자살위험성과 참여 동기를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 본 프로그램에 참여한 27명의 자살 유가족 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 프로그램 효과를 알아보기 위한 자살위험성의 사전-사후 차이검정은 비모수 통계방법인 Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검정을 실시하였다. 참여 유가족의 특성에 따른 사전 자살위험성의 차이를 알아보기 위해 비모수 검정인 Mann-Whitney U 검정을 실시하고, 참여 동기 변화를 알아보기 위해 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 결과는 자살위험성이 유의미하게 감소한 결과로 나타났다(Z=-3.499(p<.001)). 그리고 참여 동기 변화는 후속모임에 대한 관심이 높아진 결과로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to introduce the programs developed to help to overcome their grief and prevent another suicide, and present the results of the pilot study applying those programs. Especially, this study examined how this program affects the suicide survivors regarding suicide risk and participation motivation. For this purpose, data were collected from 27 suicide survivors who participated in the program. In order to find out the effect of the program, the test of the difference between pre-post suicide risk test was performed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, a nonparametric statistical method. The non-parametric test, Mann-Whitney U, was used to examine the difference in pre-suicide risk according to the characteristics of the suicide survivors and frequencies and percentages were calculated to determine changes in participation motivation. The results showed that suicide risk has decreased significantly(Z=-3.499(p<.001)), and their interest in follow-up meetings has increased.
