국문 초록

본 연구는 DIR/Floortime치료가 중증도 자폐스펙트럼 장애아동의 자기조절기능과 기능적 정서발달수준에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 경기도에 거주하는 중증도 자폐스펙트럼 아동 5명을 선별도구를 통해 선정하여 프로그램 실시 후 DIR/Floortime치료효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 프로그램은 주 1회 40분씩 15회기를 진행하였으며, 치료효과를 확인하기 위해 단축감각프로파일척도(short sensory profile)와 기능적 정서발달 기본차트(functional emotional developmental level basic chart:FEDL)점수를 사전 사후 평가한 뒤 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 양적 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0 통계프로그램을 통해 통계분석을 하였다. 치료집단의 사전-사후 검사 간 차이검증을 위해 Wilconxon의 짝을 이룬 부호 순위 검증(Wilconxon Signed- Ranks Test)을 실시하여 DIR/Floortime치료효과를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, DIR/Floortime치료는 중증도 자폐스펙트럼 아동의 자기조절기능과 기능적 정서발달수준의 향상에 유의미한 영향을 미치며 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study look at the effects of DIR/Floortime therapy on the self-regulation function and functional emotional development level of children with severe autistic spectrum diagnoses. The program of this study was conducted once a week for 40 minutes, and lasted 15 sessions in total, and the Short Sensory Profile and functional emotional development basic chart scores were evaluated and analy-zed to confirm the intervention effect. The effectiveness of the program was verified using a nonparametric analysis method, which is a group of five children. To verify the difference between pre and post difference examinations of the experimental group, the inter-vention effects of DIR/Floortime therapy were examined by con-ducting Wilconxon Signed-Ranks Test. The results showed that DIR/Floortime therapy had a significant effect on the self-regulation function and functional certificate development level in children with severe autism spectrum, and had a positive effect.
