보육기관에서의 집단놀이치료가 불안 정서를 지닌 유아의 또래상호작용에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 불안한 정서를 지닌 6 ̴7세 유아를 대상으로 보육기관에서 실시하는 집단놀이치료가 또래 상호작용에 긍정적인 효과가 있는지 살펴보는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 어린이집 원 생활을 하는 유아 중에서 접수 면접 및 심리검사를 토대로 불안정서의 유아를 선정하였으며, 보육기관에 놀이치료실 환경을 구성하였다. 집단놀이치료는 아동 중심의 놀이치료 이론을 바탕으로 3개월간 12회기를 실시하였으며, 놀이치료에서 표현된 놀이의 관찰을 통해 놀이치료과정에 따른 또래상호작용을 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 집단놀이치료를 실시한 집단에서 긍정적 또래 상호작용이 유의미하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부정적 또래 상호작용은 유의미한 감소를 보였다. 셋째, 초기의 탐색단계, 중기의 부정적 상호작용의 단계를 지나서 후기에는 적극적인 긍정적 상호작용 단계의 과정이 나타났다. 본 연구는 보육시설에서의 집단놀이치료가 불안 정서를 지닌 유아의 긍정적 또래 상호작용에 효과적임을 보여준다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is that if infants are not overly active or flexible, and are not well-intentioned, they re not able to control their negative sentiments, such as aggressive behavior or avoiding problems, and they are not able to control their negative sentiments. the effects of play therapy on peer-to-peer issues Three months of play therapy based on the reception interview and psychological examination. This is the psychological transformation of the 12 th session and the psychological transformation through the observation of play. It has looked at the effects, as well as positive awards that appear in peer interactions as treatment progresses. After taking a look at the change in behavior, the teacher had two weeks of counseling after the session. The result was the following: The results of this study include: First, the results of a collective play therapy showed that the positive improvement in the positive interactions of the experimental group showed a significant improvement. Second, the results showed that the negative effects of a group s negative interactions are effective in the negative interactions of a group of experts. The study shows that collective play therapy in childcare facilities is effective.
