국문 초록

이 논문에서는 학교 교사와 문화예술전문인력의 협력수업을 추진하는 목적 및 필 요성을 검토하고 이에 근거하며 현장의 운영 실태를 분석하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 우선 학교 교사와 문화예술전문인력의 협력수업에 관한 교육부와 문화체 육관광부의 정책을 살펴보았다. 그리고 정책의 추진 방향과 선행연구를 참조하여 협 력수업의 목적을 ①창의적이며 다양한 예술교육으로 교과 교육의 내실화 실현, ②학 교예술교육의 장소와 사회적 기능의 확장, ③예술가의 사회참여 기회 확대와 지역사 회의 문화 발전, ④협력 인력 상호 간의 교수역량 강화의 네 가지로 제시하였다. 이 어서 학교(문화)예술교육에서의 협업의 실태를 ①학교예술교육과 협력수업의 목적에 대한 인식 부족, ②수업 파트너십보다는 사업 관리 차원의 행정 파트너십 우세, ③교 사와 예술강사 역할의 모호성, 소극적인 협업, ④학교예술교육 교육과정과의 체계적인 연계성 미흡, ⑤교사에게 문화예술 인프라에 대한 정보 부족, ⑥다양한 협력수업 형태와 체제 개발의 부족의 여섯 관점에서 분석하고 협력수업의 목적에 근거하여 시 사점을 논해보았다. 두 주체의 협력수업이 양적인 성장뿐만 아니라 질적인 성장으로 발전하기 위해서는 이러한 운영 실태 및 시사점을 반영한 지속적인 정책과 연구가 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

This thesis examines the purpose and necessity of promoting cooperative classes between school teachers and culture and arts professionals, then, draws implications by analyzing the operation situations of the field. To this end, I first look at the policies of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regarding cooperative classes between school teachers and culture and arts professionals. And I present the purpose of the cooperative class as follows: ①Realizing the substantialization of subject education through creative and diverse arts education, ②Expansion of the place and social function of school art education, ③Expansion of opportunities for artists to participate in society and cultural development of local communities, ④Reinforcement of teaching competencies among cooperating personnels. Next, the actual situation of collaboration in school art education is analyzed from the following six perspectives and implications are drawn: ①Lack of awareness of the goals, values and philosophies of school art education and cooperative classes, ②Predominance of administrative partnerships at the business management level over classroom partnerships, ③Ambiguity of the roles of teachers and teaching artist, passive collaboration, ④Insufficient systematic linkage with the school art education curriculum, ⑤Lack of information on cultural and artistic infrastructure for teachers, ⑥Lack of various cooperative class forms and system development. In order for the cooperative classes between the two actors to develop into qualitative as well as quantitative growth, continuous policies and research that reflect these operational situations and implications must be made.
