문화예술교육사 현장 역량 강화 사업 (舊 인턴십 지원사업) 정착을 위한 기반 연구

국문 초록

한국문화예술교육진흥원은 2013년부터 문화예술교육사 자격증을 교부해왔다. 문화예술교육사의 기초적인 직무 역량 강화를 위한 목적으로 2019년부터 2020년까지 ‘문화예술교육사 인턴십 지원사업’이 운영되었으며, 2021년부터는 변경된 명칭인 ‘문화예술교육사 현장 역량 강화 사업’으로 운영되고 있다. 본 연구진은 ‘인턴십’에 서 ‘현장 역량’으로 명칭이 변화된 지금 이 시점이 문화예술교육사들의 현장 역량에 대한 심층적인 고찰이 필요한 때라고 판단하였다. 본 연구는 문화예술교육사 양성 교육과정 및 인턴십 지원사업에 대한 개선 방안을 알아보기 위하여 2020년 문화예술교육사 인턴십 지원사업에 참가한 인턴 문화예술교육사를 인터뷰한 선행연구(김해경, 이주연, 2021)의 후속연구로서, 문화예술교육사 현장 역량 강화 사업의 개선 방안을 보다 다각도로 살펴보고자 2020년 문화예술교육사 인턴십 지원사업에 참가 한 기초문화재단 담당자들을 선별하여 인터뷰하였다. 이를 통해 문화예술교육사 현장 역량 강화 사업의 정착 및 안정화를 위하여 사업을 담당하는 지역문화시설에서 개선이 요구되는 것은 무엇이며 기존의 인턴십 지원사업과 어떤 차별화를 꾀하고 새롭게 추구하고자 하는 것은 무엇인지도 함께 점검하였다. 인터뷰 결과 6개의 주제어 (‘문화예술교육사의 현장 이해 강화’, ‘문화예술교육사의 행정 역량 강화’, ‘문화예술 교육사의 낮은 기획 역량’, ‘문화예술교육사와 기관의 갈등’, ‘문화예술교육사 자격 증에 대한 낮은 인식’, ‘인턴십 지원사업 운영의 어려움’)를 도출할 수 있었다. 문화 예술교육사 현장 역량 강화 사업의 정착 및 안정화를 위하여 6개의 주제어를 중심으로 이의 해결을 위한 보다 구체적인 개선 방안들이 요구되는 바이다.

영문 초록

The Korea Arts and Culture Education Service has issued the certifications of Arts and Culture Education Instructor since 2013. In order to strengthen the competency of Arts and Culture Education Instructors, it had operated Art and Culture Education Instructors Internship Support Project from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, the name of the Internship Support Project has been changed into Art and Culture Education Instructors On-site Competency Reinforcement Project. The researchers judged that it is time to consider on-site capabilities for arts and culture education instructors since the title has been changed from Internship to on-site Capability, The researchers studied on the training curriculum for arts and culture education instructors and the Internship Support Project in terms of arts and culture education instructors who participated the Internship Support Project in 2020. Since this is the subsequent study of the research mentioned above, the purpose of this study is to investigate the Internship Support Project in terms of Arts and Culture Institutions in order to explore it from multiple perspectives. As a result of analyzing the interviews of 3 directors in the Arts and Culture Institutions, 6 themes had been derived; improving the understand of the field of arts and culture education, strengthening managerial competency of Arts and Culture Education Instructors, low planning competency of Arts and Culture Education Instructors, conflicts between Arts and Culture Education Instructors and arts and culture institutions, negative perception about the certification of Arts and Culture Education Instructor, difficulty in operating the Internship Program. Based on the themes, researchers suggested the way to improve the training curriculum of Arts and Culture Education Instructors and the Internship Program.
