국문 초록

본 연구는 음운인식 기반의 한글읽기교수가 난독위험군 학생의 해독 능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구대상은 지능이 정상이고, 난독증 선별 체크리스트 결과 ‘난독증 고위험군’, ‘난독증 추정’ 범위에 해당하는 초등학교 2학년 학생 3명, 3학년 학생 1명으로 선정하였다. 연구설계는 대상자간 중다간헐기초선설계를 적용하였다. 연구도구는 음운인식 기반 한글읽기교수로, 과학적이고 경제적인 한글의 특성을 고려하여 음운인식 활동을 바탕으로 낱자와 소리의 대응 기술을 숙달시킬 수 있도록 구성하였으며, 내용 타당도 검증을 받아 수정․개발하였다. 중재는 주 3회, 회기당 40분, 총 40회기를 연구자 1인과 일대일로 실시하였다. 종속변인 측정은 한글 또박또박을 참고하여 본 연구의 프로그램 단계에 맞추어 수정, 보완하여 실시하였다. 본 연구는 해독 검사 결과에 대하여 시각적 분석을 실시하였으며, 한글 해독 능력의 변화 양상을 함께 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 네 명의 대상자 모두 기초선 구간 대비 중재 구간에서 해독 능력의 긍정적인 변화를 확인하였고, 통계적으로도 유의미한 향상을 보였으며, 유지 검사를 통해서 효과가 지속되고 있음도 확인하였다. 더불어 대상자들의 해독 능력의 향상 속도와 기능별 습득 정도에서 뚜렷한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 끝으로 연구 결과에 대한 논의, 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 함께 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out how phonological awareness-based Hanguel reading intervention affected the decoding ability of students in the at-risk of dyslexia. The subjects of this study were three 2nd grade students and one 3rd grade student at-risk of dyslexia attending elementary school. This study adapted multiple-probe design across subjects. Phonological awareness-based Hangeul reading intervention was structured so that students could master the corresponding skills between letters and sounds based on phonological awareness activities in consideration of the scientific and economical characteristics of Hangeul, and the content validity was verified and modified and developed. The intervention was conducted three times a week, 40 minutes per session, for a total of 40 sessions, one-on-one with one researcher. As a result of the study, all four subjects confirmed a positive change in decoding ability in the intervention section compared to the baseline section, and showed a statistically significant improvement. And it was confirmed that the effect was continued through the maintenance test. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a clear difference in the improvement speed of decoding ability and the degree of acquisition by function. This study presented a discussion of the study results, limitations, and suggestions for follow-up studies.
