시설거주 청소년한부모를 위한 정서조절 프로그램 효과연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 정서조절프로그램이 미혼모자공동생활시설에 거주하는 청소년한부모의 불안과 우울을 낮추고 양육스트레스를 감소시키는지 검증하였다. 이를 위해 자녀를 양육하고 있는 청소년한부모 11명을 대상으로 C 상담센터에서 1회기에 60분씩 총 20회 프로그램을 진행하였다. 프로그램 전후에 한국판 벡 불안척도(K-BAI), 한국판 벡 우울척도 2판 (K-BDI-Ⅱ), 양육스트레스 척도 축약형(PSI/SF)을 실시하였다. 프로그램 결과를 분석하기 위해 jamovi 1.0.0을 이용해 기술통계, 대응표본 t-검증, Cohen s d로 프로그램 효과성을 살펴보았고 Spradley(1980)의 영역 분석(Domain Analysis)으로 질적 분석을 병행 하였다. 분석 결과 정서조절프로그램은 청소년한부모의 불안과 우울을 감소시켰다. 또한 양육스트레스의 총 스트레스가 감소하였으며 부모고통, 역기능적 상호작용, 까다로운 아동의 하위요인도 감소하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년한부모에 대한 치료효과와 제안점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the Emotion Regulation program on anxiety, depression, and parenting stress for adolescent single mothers living in the facilities. To this aim, 20-session individual ERP were held at the C City-based counseling center for Eleven unmarried teenagers raising their children, 60 minutes a session. K-BAI, K-BDI-II, PSI/SF were administered as pre-and post-tests. To analyzed the data, this study used jamovi 1.0.0. and conducted t-test, Cohen s d. For qualitative analysis of Spradley(1980) conducted Domain Analysis. The results were as follows; First, ERP has reduced anxiety and depression in adolescent single mothers. Second, we found that the total stress of parenting stress has decreased, and sub-factor Parental Distress, Parent-Child Dysfunctional Interaction, and Difficult child have also decreased. Based on the results of the study, the treatment effects and suggestions for adolescent single mothers were discussed.
