직무불안정 스트레스와 소진의 관계에서 성인애착의 조절효과 : 사무직 근로자를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 사무직 근로자들의 직무불안정 스트레스와 소진의 관계에서 성인애착의 역할을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 검증하기 위해 사무직 근로자 355명중 최종적으로 352명의 응답 자료를 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 직무불안정 스트레스와 성인애착(애착불안, 애착회피)은 각각 소진과 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 성인애착의 조절효과를 분석한 결과 직무불안정 스트레스와 소진의 관계에서 성인애착(애착불안, 애착회피)의 조절효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 성인애착의 불안정성이 높을수록, 직무 불안정 스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향력이 작아졌다. 해당 결과는 불안정한 애착의 성인이 직무불안정 스트레스를 겪을 경우, 회피적 대처로 업무에 몰두하여 직무불안정 스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향력을 줄인 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study was to investigate the moderating effect of adult attachment on the effect of job instability stress on burnout among office workers. The total of 355 cases participated in this study and only 352 cases of office workers were chosen for data analysis. The data was were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 program, descriptive statistic analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson s correlation analysis, linear Regression, hierarchical linear Regression. The result of this study are as follows. First, result of correlational analysis revealed that there were significant correlations among variables. Both job instability stress and adult attachment(attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance) were positively correlated with burnout. Second, adult attachment(attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance) showed a moderating effect on job instability stress and burnout. As the insecure adult attachment(attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance) increased, the effect of job instability stress on burnout decreased. This result can be understood as reducing the effect of job instability stress on burnout by focusing on work as an avoidant coping strategy when adults with unstable attachment experience job instability stress.
