이마고 관계치료에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

이마고 관계치료는 관계에서의 치유와 성장을 목적으로 하는 통합적 심리치료 기법으로, 국내 다양한 상담 장면에서 부부갈등과 가족의 위기를 다루기 위한 모델로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 이와 같은 이마고 관계치료의 국내 연구 동향을 분석함을 통해 관련 연구의 흐름과 성과를 정리하고 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이마고 관계치료에 대한 국내연구는 2004부터 시작하여 2020년까지 총 32편의 학술지 논문이 발표되었으며, 이를 발행연도별, 연구 방법별, 연구대상별 동향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 이마고 관계치료에 관한 연구는 2004년 학술지 논문 2편을 시작으로 꾸준히 발행되었고, 학 술지 논문이 56.3%, 학위논문이 43.8%로 비중을 차지하고 있었다. 연구방법별로는 사례연구가 46.9%, 성과연구 37.5%, 문헌연구 12.5%, 과정연구 3.1%순으로 나타났다. 연구대상별로는 부부 53.1%, 개인 18.8%, 개인과 부부가 혼합된 형태 9.4%, 가족 6.3%로 나타났다. 논의를 통해 이마고 관계치료의 치료적 요인들을 밝히고 경험적인 연구와 상담자 대상의 연구와 연구 대상자의 확대가 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Among the various treatment theories, Imago s Relationship Therapy, an integrated psychotherapy technique for healing and growth in relationships, is emerging as one of the treatment models being used to reduce the growing marital conflict and family crisis caused by Corona 19. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of Imago relation therapy so far in Korea, to organize the flow and performance of research and to present future research directions. A total of 32 academic journals papers were published from 2004 to 2020, and trends were analyzed by publication year, research method, and research subject. The development year was published steadily, starting with two academic journal papers in 2004, with 43.2% of academic papers and 37.8% of degree papers. By research method, case studies were 46.9%, performance studies 37.5%, literature studies 12.5%, and process studies 3.1%. By study subjects, 53.1% of couples, 18.8% of individuals, 9.4% of individuals and 6.3% of families were mixed. Finally, he revealed the therapeutic factors of Imago relationship therapy and suggested that empirical research and counsellor research and expansion of subjects are needed.
