예비교사 역량 강화를 위한 디지털 교육실습 운영 전략

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 팬더믹으로 인하여 급속히 확대된 온라인 교육실습 발전 방향에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 온라인 교육실습은 기존 전통적인 교육실습에 비하여 편리성을 제공하였지만, 교육실습생의 전문성향상에 여러 가지 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 그렇지만 디지털 환경의 지속적인 발전과 보건안전의 계속적인 위협으로 향후에도 온라인 교육실습은 계속해서 운영될 것이다. 기존 대면실습을 포괄하는 뿐만 아니라 데이터 기반 지능형 시스템 구축을 통해 교육 실습생의 역량을 향상시키기 위해 새로운 교육실습 체제가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 전통적인 온사이트 교육실습과 온라인 교육실습을 포괄하는 개념으로 디지털 교육실습의 개념을 제시하였다. 다만 온사이트 교육실습은 그 과정 결과물을 디지털화하는 것을 조건으로 제시하였다. 2020년도부터 운영한 온라인 교육실습 도구는 전화, 전자 우편, 각종 범용 협력 도구와 전용 시스템 등 매우 다양하였다. 그리고 전용 시스템은 행정정보 중심, 교육실습 콘텐츠 중심 그리고 통합적인 정보시스템으로 구축 운영하는 사례가 나타나고 있다. 온·오프라인 디지털 교육실습을 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서는 실습 기간의 탄력적인 운영, 학교관찰 방법의 개선, 이러닝 및 디지털 기기 활용 방법에 대한 예비교사의 전문성 향상, 교육실습 행정의 재구조화 등에 대해 재고할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, a study was conducted on the development direction of online teaching practicum, which has been rapidly expanded due to the pandemic. The online teaching practicum provided convenience compared to the traditional teaching practicum, but it was found to be insufficient in improving the professionalism of pre-service teachers. However, due to the continuous development of the digital environment and the continuing threat of health and safety, online teaching practicum will continue to operate in the future. In addition, a new teaching practicum system is needed to improve the competency of pre-service teachers through the establishment of a data-based intelligent system. Therefore, in this study, the concept of digital education practice was presented as a concept encompassing the existing traditional on-site teaching practicum and online teaching practicum. However, on-site teaching practicum was presented as a condition of digitizing the results of the teaching practicum process. Online teaching practicum tools, which have been operated since 2020, have been very diverse, including telephone, e-mail, various general-purpose cooperation tools and dedicated systems. In addition, there are cases in which the dedicated system is built and operated as an administrative information-centered, educational practice content-centered, and integrated information system. In order to effectively operate on/offline digital teaching practicum, it is necessary to reconsider the flexible operation of practicum periods, improvement of school observation methods, improvement of expertise of pre-service teachers in e-learning and digital device usage, and restructuring of teaching practicum administration.
