코로나19에 따른 대학의 원격수업 강의만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나19로 대학생의 원격수업 강의만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 위하여 G대학에서 원격수업 만족도 조사 자료를 재활용하여 분산분석과 회귀분석을 통하여 원격수업 강의만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 2020학년도 1학기와 2020학년도 2학기의 분석결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 분산분석 결과를 보면, 1학기와 2학기 모두 1학년과 공학계열이 상대적으로 타학년과 타계열에 비하여 원격수업 강의만족도 점수가 통계적으로 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 회귀분석 결과를 살펴보면, 1학기에는 학년, 학습자지원, 학습내용의 적절성, 수업내용 조직, 학습자료 충분성, 적절한 피드백과 같은 교수자 변수가, 2학기에는 학년, 계열, 학습자지원, 학습내용의 적절성, 수업내용의 조직, 학습자료 충분성, 적절한 피드백의 교수자 변수, 학생몰입과 관련한 변수가 원격수업 강의만족도에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study is to explore factors that affect the satisfaction of remote classes of college students with COVID-19. For research purposes, the remote lesson satisfaction survey data was recycled at G University to analyze factors affecting the satisfaction of remote classes through anova and regression analysis. A summary of the results of the first semester of the 2020 school year and the second semester of the 2020 school year are as follows: First, the ANOVA results showed that the first and second semesters of the first and second semesters were relatively significantly higher than the other grades and other grades, with distance class lecture satisfaction scores statistically significantly higher. Looking at the regression analysis results, the first semester is grade, learner support, adequacies of the learning content, class content organization, learning data sufficiency, instructor variables such as appropriate feedback, in the second semester, grades, series, learner support, adequacies of the learning content, the organization of the class, learning data sufficiency, appropriate feedback of instructor variables, variables related to student entry was found to affect the remote education lecture satisfaction.
