청각장애인 대상 음악치료 중재 국내 학위논문 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 청각장애인을 대상으로 청능발달과 구어 및 언어발달 그리고 사회 기술 향상을 목적으로 음악치료를 중재프로그램으로 계획한 학위논문을 분석하여 향후 청각장애인 대상 음악적용 연구에 대한 방향을 제시하는데 기초자료로 제공하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 1971년 첫 학위논문이 보고된 이후 매년 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 전체논문 37편 중 28편(75.7%)이 2009년부터 2019년 사이에 발표된 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상자는 선천성 난청(47.6%)으로 고도 이상의 청력손실(61.2%)을 보이며 인공와우를 착용한 아동(62.8%)을 대상으로 음악치료 중재가 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 연구자는 음악치료 전공자(41.0%)에 의해 실험연구(62.2%) 형태로 2009년 이후부터 활발하게 연구 활동이 진행된 것으로 나타났다. 음악치료 중재 목표는 구어 발달을 목표로 한 연구(60.5%)가 가장 많았고 찬트 및 노래 부르기와 같은 활동을 통해 운율과 리듬을 개선하고 이를 통해 발음 명료도를 높이고자 계획되었다. 음악치료 중재 방법은 시대의 흐름에 따라 다르게 나타났는데 1979년부터 1998년까지는 신체표현과 악기연주를 이용한 프로그램, 1999년도부터 2008년까지는 노래 부르기 방법, 2009년 이후부터는 프렛이나 음정 연습 애플리케이션을 이용한 노래 부르기 등 다양한 중재 방법이 적용된 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was review and analyze the trends of research in music intervention for individuals with hearing impairment through the analysis of between 1979 and 2019. The dissertations were retrieved from electronic databases of RISS, KISS, and Assembly Library of Korea. The theses used in this study include theses of master’s and doctoral’s degree, total of 37 and were divided by major, background of the researchers, subjects of the theses, methods and contents of the researches. The results were as follows. First, as a result of reviewed studies have been conducted since the first publication in 1979 and gradually growth in relevant research has been found since the year of 2000s. Second, after analyzing the age of subjects were conducted to the children with hearing impairment(80.0%). Third, most studies were conducted to the experimental group made up of below 5 persons(52.9%). Fourth, The researchers’s majors, it was found that most of them had majored in music therapy(41.0%) and then speech and language pathology, special education. Fifth, the hearing assertive device in this subjects were cochlear implant(62.8%). Sixth, the study methods, it was found that while many of them were experimental study(62.2%) and then case study(29.7%). Seventh, musical intervention in music therapy were songs(42.1%). These findings indicate that there has been growing evidence on music intervention for rehabilitation of individuals with hearing impairment.
