최근 북한 의학 학술지에 게재된 정신건강 연구에 대한 탐색적 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 최근 북한내 의학 학술지에 게재된 정신건강 관련 연구를 탐색적 으로 살펴보기 위한 문헌연구이다. 이를 위해 국내 입고된 북한 의학 학술지 11종 중 [예방의학, 소아산부인과], [조선의학을 대상으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 당면 한 정신건강 관련 과제와 향후 남북 교류협력을 감안하여 김정은 시대를 중심으로 연구 범위를 한정하였다. 북한내 의학 학술지 국좋을 분석한 결과, 2011년부터 2018 년도 하반기까지 정신건강과 관련된 논문은 총 23편이었다. 그중 심리상담 및 심리 치료와 관련된 논문은 23편 (82.14%)이었다. 23편은 주로 심리 진단 및 심리치료 효. 과, 심리건강 및 심리치료 소개 등이었다. 출판년도별 정신건강 게재 편수는 2011 년과 2012년에는 각각 1편씩, 2013년도와 2014년도에는 각각 2편씩, 2015년도에는 편, 2016년에는 4편, 2017년에는 7편, 2018년에는 편이 게재되었다. 북한 의학 학술지의 정신건강 관련 연구의 연구방법을 분석한 결과, 설명적 연구는 14편 (5%), 문헌연구는 11 편 (39, 20%), 그 외에 실험연구 2편 (7.14%), 통계 103 연구는 1 편 (3,57) 이었다. 이러한 탐색적 고찰을 통하여 결론적으로 북한 의학 학술지내 정 신건강 관련 연구에 대한 함의를 제시하였으며, 향후 남북한 정신건강 교류 협력에 대한 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the research of mental health published in the medical journal in North Korea recently. To this end, among 11 types of North Korcan medical journals received in South Korea, [Preventive Medicine], [Pediatric/Gynecologyl and [Choseon Medical] were analyzed. The scope of this study was limited to the Kim Jong Un era, considering the mental health-related tasks at hand and inter-Korean exchanges and cooperation in the future. From 2011 to the second half of 2018, there were total of 28 papers on mental health-related subject, and 23 out of them were related to psychological counseling and psychological treatment (82.14%), which mainly included psychological diagnosis and treatment effects, and introduction of psychological health and treatment. The number of mental health publications per year was as followed; one in 2011 and 2012 cach, two in 2013 and 2014 cach, seven in 2015, four in 2016, seven in 2017 and four in 2018. According to an analysis of research methods related to mental health in the North Korean medical journal, they consisted of 14 expository studies (50%), 11 literature research (39.29%), two experimental studies (7.14%), and one statistical DB study (3,57%). Through these exploratory considerations, this study finally presented implications for mental health-related research in the North Korean medial journal and proposed plans for future cooperation in mental health exchanges between South and North Korea,
