주제어 연결망 분석을 통한 국내외 외상 후 스트레스 장애 관련 미술치료 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내외 외상 후 스트레스 장애와 관련된 미술치료 연구의 종합적인 내용을 파악하고 보다 거시적인 관점에서 최신 연구의 흐름을 정리하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2007년부터 2018년까지 국내․외에서 발간된 학술지 논문과 박사 학위논문 중 외상 후 스트레스 장애 관련 미술치료 연구 87편을 대상으로 빈도분석과 주제어 연결망 분석을 실시하였다. 빈도 분석을 통해 발행 편수, 연구 대상, 외상 유형, 연구 설계, 미술치료 중재의 특징에 대해 살펴보았다. 추가적으로 주제어 연결망 분석을 실시하여 핵심 주제어들과 이들 주제어 간의 관계를 알아보았다. 빈도 분석 결과 국내 연구 중 절반 이상이 여성을 대상으로 집중 되어 있는 반면 국외에 비해 혼성 대상 연구가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외상 사건을 간접 경험한 대상자를 상대로 한 연구가 없었다. 이러한 결과에 비추어 볼 때, 연구 대상의 확장이 이루어질 필요성이 제기된다. 국내 연구의 경우 연구방법 유형이 실험․사례연구에 국한된 경향을 보였다. 주제어와 연결망의 특성을 알아본 결과 국내 연구의 주제가 우울, 불안과 같은 특정 외상 정서에 편중되어 있음이 나타났다. 이를 종합해 보았을 때 향후 국내 연구에서 연구 주제의 범주를 확장하고 조사 연구와 프로토콜 개발 연구 등 과정과 절차에 따른 성과에 대해 논의하는 방법론적인 측면도 다룸으로써 연구 유형을 다양하게 발전 시켜 볼 필요가 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the comprehensive contents of art therapy studies related to PTSD both domestically and abroad and to organize the latest research trends from a macroscopic point of view. Frequency analysis and keyword network analysis were conducted on 87 art therapy studies on PTSD among academic journals and doctoral dissertations published from 2007 to 2018. Via frequency analysis, we examined the number of study publications, research subjects, trauma types, study methods and characteristics of art therapy intervention. Subsequently, keyword network analysis was conducted to investigate the relationships among keywords. While more than half of the domestic studies concentrated on women, there was a shortage of mixed male-female studies especially compared to abroad. Furthermore, there was no study of subjects who indirectly experienced trauma cases. types of research methods tended to be limited to experimental and case studies. In light of these results, it is essential to expand research subjects. when the keywords and keyword networks were analyzed, the subjects of domestic research are mainly focused on certain traumatic emotions, such as depression and anxiety. Overall, the scope of research themes should be widened and various research types should be explored via dealing with the methodological aspects of study outcomes according to processes and procedures such as research frame and protocol development research.
