국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 트라우마에 대한 이야기치료적 개입을 신경과학적 관점에서 해석하고 그 치료적 함의를 살펴보는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 트라우마에 대한 이야기치료의 개입 필요성을 논의하고, 신경과학적 관점에서의 해석 및 가족치료적 함의를 모색하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 트라우마에 대한 이야기치료 개입은 트라우마를 둘러싼 사회적 맥락을 고려하여 내담자와 그 가족의 트라우마 극복에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 둘째, 트라우마 이야기치료와 신경과학적 관점의 연결은 가족의 관계패턴을 신경가소성을 통해 변화시킬 수 있다는 근거에서 이루어진다. 셋째, 트라우마에 대한 이야기치료 개입은 6단계로 이루어지며, 이는 신경과학적 관점에서 설명될 수 있고, 이러한 설명을 통해 트라우마 내담자에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있다는 치료적 함의를 갖는다. 본 연구는 가족치료적 개입을 신경과학적 차원에서 설명해봄으로써 가족 내 개인의 생리적 측면과 관련되는 미시체계가 가족체계의 변화와 연결될 수 있는 가능성을 모색하고 가족치료의 체계론적 관점을 보다 풍부히 하고자 하는 기초적인 탐색연구로서의 성격과 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to link narrative therapeutic interventions on trauma to neuroscientific perspective and to examine their therapeutic implications. Methods: To achieve this goal, this study explored the need for intervention in narrative therapy for trauma, its interpretation from a neuroscientific point of view, and the family therapeutic implications through literature review. Results: This study finds that, first, the characteristics of narrative therapy interventions for trauma are that it takes into account the social context surrounding trauma through stories and that it lifts the clients and their families out of trauma. Second, the connection between trauma narrative therapy and the neuroscientific perspective is based on the evidence that family relationship patterns can be changed through neuroplasticity. Third, the narrative therapy intervention for trauma consists of six steps, which can be explained from a neuroscientific point of view; with the therapeutic implication that the understanding of trauma clients can be enhanced through this explanation. Conclusions: This study is characterized and significant as a fundamental exploratory study to explore the possibility that micro-systems related to individual physiological aspects in the family can be linked to changes in the family system and enrich the systematic view of family therapy.
