유아 농업소양교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 요구도

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아농업소양교육 프로그램에 대한 유아교사의 요구도를 살펴봄으로써 교사들의 요구를 만족시키는 유아농업소양교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 유치원교사 128명, 어린이집교사 113명을 대상으로 연구를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램 개발에 대한 유치원교사와 어린이집교사의 요구도 차이를 살펴본 결과 프로그램에 대한 도움 정도, 실시주기, 운영시간, 운영기간, 프로그램 실시자, 프로그램 적용 시 필요한 자원, 프로그램 참여의사 에는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 운영방식, 프로그램 실시자의 자질에는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아농업소양교육 내용에 대한 필요수준과 현재수준을 분석하여 Borich와 The Locus for Focus 모델 공식을 통해 요구도를 살펴본 결과 유아교사가 요구하는 유아농업소양교육 내용은 환경정화, 자연재해방지, 자연환경파괴의 3가지로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 본 연구에서는 유아농업소양교육 프로그램의 방향성을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of early childhood agricultural literacy education program that meets the needs of teachers by considering the early childhood teachers’ need of early childhood agricultural literacy education program. The subjects of this study were 128 kindergarten teachers and 113 daycare teachers. The results are as follow; First, as a result of examining differences in the needs of kindergarten teachers and daycare teachers for program development, there was not a significant difference in the degree of helping the program, the execution cycle, the operating time, the operating period, the program applicants, the resources required for applying the program, and the participation intention of the program. And there was a significant difference in the way of operation and qualities of program implementers. Second, the contents of early childhood agricultural literacy education that early childhood teachers required were purification of environment, prevention of natural disaster and destruction of environment by analyzing required level and current level for early childhood agricultural literacy education and analyzing the requirement through Borich and the Locus for Focus model formula. Based on this, this study discussed the direction of the education program for early childhood agricultural literacy education.
