국문 초록

이 연구는 대학생 진로역량 척도를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 첫째, 진로역량 관련 이론과 선행연구를 고찰하여 대학생 진로역량 개념을 정의하고 개념적 구인화 모형과 예비문항을 개발하였다. 둘째, 전문가 패널을 통하여 구인화 모형과 예비문항의 내용타당도를 검증하였으며, 대학생을 대상으로 안면타당도를 검증하여 예비문항을 수정 및 보완하였다. 셋째, 국내 대학생 234명을 대상으로 예비문항의 신뢰도를 분석하고, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통하여, 최종적으로 성찰역량, 커뮤니케이션역량, 행동 역량의 3개 영역과 각 영역별 진로성찰, 자기성찰, 자기표현, 네트워킹, 진로탐색, 진로관리 6개의 하위요인과 29개 문항을 개발하였다. 넷째, 최종 개발된 척도는 대학생 824명을 대상으로 본 조사를 실시하였다. 신뢰도 분석 결과, 최종 개발된 진로역량 척도의 내적일치도는 .924로 매우 높게 나타났으며, 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 모형 적합도와 요인적재량 모두 양호한 것으로 나타나 최종 척도를 완성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로역량 척도 개발의 의의와 후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop career competencies for undergraduate students. In order to achieve the purpose of research, first, the concept of career competencies of undergraduate students was investigated by examining theories related to career competence and previous studies, and a conceptual model and preliminary questions were derived. Second, the content validity of pre-test questionnaire was verified through expert panel and facial validity was verified for college undergraduate students. Third, preliminary surveys to analyze to their reliability and validity were conducted for 234 undergraduate students. As a result, there were three area of reflection competence, communication competence, and behavioral competence, and six sub-factors of career-reflection, self-reflection, self-expression, networking, career exploration and career management. Fourth, the reliability of the scale and the validity of the final scale were tested by 824 undergraduate students. The internal consistency coefficient of the final developed career competencies scale was very high(.924). As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, both model fit and factor loadings were found to be good. Based on the results of this study, the implications of the development of the career competencies scale of undergraduate students and the follow-up study were suggested.
