귀농·귀촌인의 직업 만족도 영향 요인 분석

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 귀농·귀촌인의 직업 만족도 실태를 파악하고, 귀농·귀촌인의 직업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 관련 요인들을 분석하였다. 한국농촌경제연구원의 귀농‧귀촌 실태 장기 추적조사 대상자 1,000명에게 2016년 6월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 우편 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이 중 설문조사표를 완성하여 회신한 805명의 응답결과들 중에서 뚜렷한 직업이 없거나 직업에 대하여 응답을 하지 않은 사람(152명)을 제외한 653명을 분석하였다. 귀농·귀촌인의 직업만족도 실태를 파악하기 위해서 기술통계 분석을 실시하였고, 변인들 간의 관련성 등을 파악하기 위하여 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 귀농·귀촌인의 직업 만족도 영향 요인을 분석하기 위해서 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 몇 가지 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 귀농‧귀촌인의 직업 만족도는 대략 중간 수준이었으나 현재 수입에 대한 만족 정도는 낮은 편이었다. 둘째, 상관관계 분석에 따르면, 성별, 연령, 동반 이주 가족 수를 제외한 8개 독립변인들(연령, 학력, 소득, 건강 상태, 귀농‧귀촌 기간, 농업인 여부, 도시로 재이주 의향, 친밀하게 교류하는 지역주민 수)이 귀농‧귀촌인의 직업 만족도와 통계적으로 유의적인 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 귀농·귀촌인의 직업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과에 따르면, 모형의 설명력은 25.5%(24.1%)이고, 통계적으로 유의미한 영향력을 미치는 독립변인은 소득, 도시로 재이주 의향, 건강상태, 학력, 귀농·귀촌 기간, 친밀하게 교류하는 지역주민수, 농업인 여부의 순이었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study were to investigate the current condition of urban-to-rural migrants’ job satisfaction and to identify the factors influencing urban-to-rural migrants’ job satisfaction. For the purpose, this study analyzed the urban-to-rural migrants survey of Korea Rural Economic Institute, using multiple regression model. The survey was conducted by mail from June 1 to August 30, 2016, taking regional distribution of urban-to-rural migrants based on national statistics into account. Of 1,000 who were selected and mailed questionnaires, 805 subjects responded. Among 805 respondents, 152 subjects who were the jobless or the non-respondent, were excluded in the study analysis. As a result, 653 respondents were analyzed for this study. The following three conclusions were drawn as a result of this study: Firstly, the current condition of urban-to-rural migrants’ job satisfaction was approximately middle level. However, urban-to-rural migrants’ satisfaction level on the current job related income was low. Secondly, according to the correlation analysis, 8 independent variables(age, education, income, health condition, the period of urban-to-rural migration, farmer or not, the intention of re-migration into cities, the number of local residents who interact intimately) excluding gender, the number of accompanying migrant families, were statistically significant to the job satisfaction of urban-to-rural migrants. Lastly, according to the multiple regression analysis, the major factors influencing urban-to-rural migrants’ job satisfaction were income, the intention of re-migration into cities, health condition, education, the period of urban-to-rural migration, the number of local residents who interact intimately, and farmer or not.
