국문 초록

본 연구는 미혼 직장인여성의 일 만족도, 가족가치관, 건강과 여가생활만족도가 결혼의향에 미치는 영향의 규명을 목적으로 진행하였다. 여성가족패널(KLoWF) 제7차 자료에서 직장을 가진 미혼여성 819명을 대상으로 하여 SPSS V. 22.0으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미혼 직장인여성의 연령대, 학력, 고용형태는 결혼의향에 영향을 미치며, 월평균 소득은 결혼의향에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일 만족도는 결혼의향에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 우울은 결혼의향에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 스트레스와 여가생활 만족도는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다, 넷째, 근대적 가족가치관 2 (미혼 출산, 육아, 동거)는 결혼의향에 부적인 영향을 미치며, 전통적 가치관과 근대적 가족가치관 1(이혼, 자신 성취, 성적 만족)은 결혼의향에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was carried out with the purpose of investigating how the job satisfaction level, family values, health and leisure satisfaction levels of unmarried working women influence marriage intentions. 819 unmarried women with jobs were sampled from the 7th Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families research data, and the data was analyzed with SPSS V. 22.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, the age, level of education, and employment type had influence on the marriage intentions of the unmarried working women, however the average monthly income had no influence on the marriage intentions of the unmarried working women. Second, the level of job satisfaction did not affect marriage intentions of unmarried working women. Third, depression appeared to have a positive influence on the marriage intentions of unmarried working women. On the other hand, the stress and the leisure satisfaction levels did not appear to significantly affect the marriage intentions of unmarried working women. Fourth, Modern family values 2(childbirth, parenting, living together, etc. when unmarried) appeared to have a negative influence on marriage intentions. Traditional values and Modern family values 1(divorce, self-achievement, sexual gratification) appeared to have no influence on marriage intentions.
