국문 초록

본 연구는 부모양육태도가 대인관계를 매개하여 중학생의 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 한국아동·청소년패널의 초4패널 2378명 중에서 2015년 중학교 3학년 학생으로 결측치를 제외한 2061명을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모양육태도가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향에서 긍정적 양육은 정적인, 부정적 양육은 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 과잉 양육은 유의하게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모양육태도와 진로정체감의 관계에서 교사관계의 매개 효과는 긍정적 양육에서 유의한 정적인 부분매개효과가 나타났으며, 부정적 양육과 과잉 양육은 유의한 매개 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 부모양육태도와 진로정체감의 관계에서 교우관계의 매개효과는 긍정적 양육에서 유의한 부적인 부분매개효과가 나타났으며, 부정적 양육과 과잉 양육은 매개 효과가 유의하게 나타나지 않았다.

영문 초록

This study has the purpose that parent s nurturing attitude influences on middle school students career identity through relationship with interpersonal relationship. Therefore in this study, The results of the study for 2061 students who was excluded missing value of third grade in the middle school in 2015, among 2378 students of the fourth grade panel of elementary school of National Youth Policy Institute, were as follows. First, in the effect of parent s nurturing attitude on career identity, It was showed that positive parenting had positive effect, and negative parenting had a negative effect on career identity. However excessive parenting had no significant effect. Second, in the relationship between parent s nurturing attitude and career identity, the mediating effect of relationship with the teacher showed significant partial mediating effect in positive parenting, and negative parenting and excessive parenting did not show significant mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between parental parenting attitude and career identity, the mediating effect of companionship relationship was significant in positive parenting, and negative and excessive parenting did not show significant mediating effect.
