중국 의약산업의 발전현황과 국제경쟁력 변화에 관한 연구

국문 초록

세계 의약시장은 신약연구개발 능력이 탁월한 미국과 유럽의 글로벌 제약회사들이 선점하고 있는 상황에서 최근 한국, 중국, 인도 등 아시아 국가들이 블루오션으로 떠오르고 있는 의약산업을 발전시키기 위해 정책적으로 지원하고 있다. 현재 중국의 의약시장 규모는 14억의 방대한 인구로 인해 미국에 이어 세계 2위를 차지하고 있지만 의약기업 매출액 대비 R&D 경비지출 비중도 낮아서 글로벌 제약기업과는 엄청난 차이가 있으며 국제경쟁력도 낮아서 원료의약품을 주로 수출하고 완제의약품은 주로 수입에 의존하는 상황이다. 그러나 최근 중국정부가 의약산업 구조조정과 바이오의약산업 육성전략을 적극 추진하고 있어서 중국 의약산업의 성장추세를 주목할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 의약산업의 발전현황과 구조변화, 국제경쟁력 변화에 관해 자세히 분석한 후, 이에 따라 의약산업이 직면하고 있는 과제를 지적하고 전체적으로 우리에게 주는 시사점이 무엇인지를 살펴본다. 最近在世界医药市场，新药研究开发能力卓越的美国和欧洲国际制药公司正在抢占先机的情况下，韩国、中国、印度等亚洲国家为了发展蓝海的医药产业，正在从政策上给予支持。 目前中国的医药市场规模为14亿庞大人口，继美国之后居世界第二位，但与医药企业销售额相比,R&D经费支出比重较低，与全球制药企业相差甚远，国际竞争力也较低，主要出口医药原料品，醫藥制成品主要依赖进口。但是最近中国政府积极推进医药产业结构调整和生物医药产业培育战略，因此有必要关注中国医药产业的发展趋势。 本文首先对中国医药产业的发展现状和结构变化、国际竞争力变化进行详细分析，然后指出医药产业面临的课题，加以分析. 最後从总体上来看,给予我们的启示是什么.

영문 초록

The global drug market is dominated by global pharmaceutical companies in the U.S. and Europe that excel in research and development of new drugs, and Asian countries such as Korea, China and India have recently been providing policy support to develop the medicine industry, which is emerging as a blue ocean. Currently, China s medical market ranks second in the world after the U.S. due to its vast population of 1.4 billion, but the proportion of R&D expenses to sales of pharmaceutical companies is also low, which makes a huge difference from global pharmaceutical companies, and the international competitiveness is low, so China mainly exports raw medicines and relies on imports. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the growth trend of the Chinese medical industry as the Chinese government has recently been actively pushing for restructuring of the pharmaceutical industry and fostering the bio-medicine industry. Therefore, this study analyzes in detail the development status, structural changes, and changes in international competitiveness of the Chinese medicine industry, and thus points out the challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry and looks at the implications for us as a whole.
