대학생의 성장 마인드셋과 소진 관계에 대한 그릿의 매개적 역할

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 성장 마인드셋과 소진 관계에 대한 그릿의 매개적 역할을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 전국 대학생 583명을 대상으로 마인드셋, 그릿, 소진에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 25.0와 SPSS Process macro 버전 3.5(모델 4)를 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석 및 신뢰도, 회귀분석 및 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 대학생의 성장 마인드셋은 소진에 부적 영향을 미치며, 그릿은 성장 마인드셋과 소진 관계를 부적으로 매개한다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 마인드셋과 그릿 강화를 위한 비교과 프로그램 및 코칭 프로그램 개발 및 운영, 마인드셋, 그릿의 소진 영향에 대한 배경변인별 차이를 탐색하는 분석분석과 다중집단분석 실시, 회복탄력성 및 긍정심리자본 등을 적용한 매개 및 조절효과 탐색 등과 같은 후속연구를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored the mediating role of role in the relationship between growth mindset on burnout perceived by college students. For this purpose, 583 college students were surveyed on growth mindset, grit, and burnout. Factor analysis and reliability, regression analysis, and mediated effect analysis were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Process macro version 3.5 (Model 4). The research results were as follows: growth mindset perceived by college students had an positve effect on burnout and grit had a meidating effect on the relationship between growth mindset and burnout. This study suggested that universities need to provide their students for coaching programs that can strengthen mindset and grit in college students. Also, follow-up studies was conducted analysis of variation or multiple group analysis in background variables among mindset, grit, and burnout as well as analysis of the mediated effects of positive emotional variables such as resilience and positive psychological capital.
