국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 D광역시에 거주하는 경도인지장애 노인을 대상으로 치매예방프로그램이 인지기능, 균형 능력 및 손기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 2018년 8월부터 14주간, 기억학교 3곳에서 경도인지장애로 진단받은 노인 58명을 대상으로 MoCA-K, LOTCA-G, BBS, BBT을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS(ver 19.0) 통계프로그램을 사용하여 독립표본 t-검정, 피어슨 상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 치매예방프로그램을 시행한 이후 MoCA-K와 BBT Lt, Rt가 통계학적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, S기억학교의 경우, MoCA-K, BBT 및 LOTCA-G가 통계학적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 경도인지장애 노인의 인지기능, 균형능력, 손기능의 상관관계분석에서 MoCA-K와 LOTCA-G가 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, BBT Lt과 Rt는 강한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 결론: 지역사회의 경도인지장애 노인들은 치매예방프로그램을 적용한 경우 치매예방 및 인지기능향상에 도움을 줄 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the dementia prevention program on cognitive function, balance ability, and hand function for the elderly with mild cognitive impairment living in D metropolitan city. Methods : For 14 weeks from August 2018, MoCA-K, LOTCA-G, BBS, and BBT were conducted on 58 elderly people diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment at 3 memory schools. The collected data were independent sample t-test and Pearson correlation analysis using SPSS (ver 19.0) statistical program. Results : After implementing the dementia prevention program, there were statistically significant differences between MoCA-K and BBT Lt and Rt, and in the case of S memory school, MoCA-K, BBT and LOTCA-G showed statistically significant differences. MoCA-K and LOTCA-G showed a positive correlation in the correlation analysis of cognitive function, balance ability, and hand function in elderly with mild cognitive impairment, and BBT Lt and Rt showed a strong positive correlation. Conclusion : Elderly people with mild cognitive impairment in the community will help to prevent dementia and improve cognitive function if they apply the dementia prevention program.
