대학생들의 치매정책에 대한 인식과 태도, 지식수준 조사: 치매 국가책임제를 중심으로

국문 초록

목적: 재학 중인 대학생들을 대상으로 치매정책에 대한 인식 및 태도, 지식수준을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 2019년 4월 24일부터 4월 30일까지 약 일주일간 부산, 울산, 경남소재 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생들을 대상으로 치매정책에 대한 인식과 태도, 지식수준에 관한 전자 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 110부 중에 106부를 회수하고 응답이 잘못된 6부를 제외한 100부의 설문지가 최종 분석 자료로 활용되었다. 연구결과: 치매정책에 대한 인식 및 태도는 치매 국가적 지원과 치매 보호시설의 증가가 가장 높았으며, 치매국가책임제에 대한 인식과 치매치료시설의 충족수가 가장 낮았다. 치매정책에 대한 지식수준은 치매안심센터가 가장 높았으며, 의료비 부담과 국가치매연구개발위원회가 가장 낮았다. 대학생들의 일반적 특성과 치매정책에 대한 인식 및 수준, 지식수준의 상관관계는 가까이 지내는 노인의 유무와 치매정책에 대한 인식 및 태도, 지식수준과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 결론: 본 연구는 대학생들의 치매정책에 대한 인식 및 태도, 지식수준을 알아볼 수 있는 기초자료로 치매정책에 대한 인식과 지식수용의 필요를 권고하며, 그에 따른 지식수준을 갖기 위한 교육의 토대가 마련되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objective : We examined the level of perception, attitude, and knowledge of dementia policy among university students who are still in school. Methods : For about a week from April 24th to April 30th, 2019, an electronic questionnaire survey on awareness, attitude, and level of knowledge regarding dementia policy will be conducted for university students enrolled in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam Material University. It was conducted and 100 copies of the questionnaire were used as the final analysis material. Results : Regarding awareness and attitude toward dementia policy, the increase in national support for dementia and shelters for dementia was the highest, and the recognition for national responsibility for dementia and the response of dementia treatment facilities were the lowest. The level of knowledge about dementia policy was highest at the Dementia Relief Center, and the burden of medical expenses and the National Dementia Research and Development Committee were low. The correlation between the general characteristics of university students and the awareness of dementia policy and the level of knowledge showed a positive correlation between the presence or absence of elderly people living nearby and the awareness and attitude toward dementia policy, and the level of knowledge. Conclusion : In this study, we recommend the necessity of awareness and knowledge accommodation for dementia policy as a basic material that can examine the awareness and attitude of university students for dementia policy and the level of knowledge, and education to have the level of knowledge based on it. I hope that the foundation of will be laid.
