보편적 노후준비 척도 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 전 세대가 자신의 노후준비 상태를 측정할 수 있는 보편적인 노후준비척도를 개발하고 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 홍서연, 김미량(2019)의 연구의 후속연구로 보편적 노후준비척도 개발을 위해 도출한 요인들을 중심으로 개방형 설문을 통해 7개 요인 56개의 예비문항으로 구성된 보편적 노후준비척도를 개발하였다. 이후 2차에 걸친 전문가들의 내용검토를 통해 7개 요인 42개의 문항으로 최종 구성되었다. 개발된 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위해 성별, 나이(30대~50대), 지역(대도시, 중소도시, 소도시)을 할당표집 하여 총 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 333개의 데이터를 통계분석에 활용하였다. 분석은 SPSS 25.0, AMOS 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 기술 통계분석, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보편적 노후준비 척도는 가족관계, 대인관계, 여가활동, 경제력, 신체적 건강, 심리적 건강 그리고 정서적 건강의 7개 요인 28개 문항으로 구성되었으며, 각 요인의 조작적 정의를 하였다. 둘째, 보편적 노후준비 척도는 통계적으로 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증되었다. 개발된 보편적 노후준비척도는 성인의 노후준비상태 확인 및 향후 준비해야 할 요소들을 측정하는데 있어 실질적인 측정도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to scale development of universal preparation old age for all generations to measure their own status of preparation old age and to verify validity and reliability. Focusing on the factors derived from the studies of Seo-youn Hong and MiLyang Kim (2019) for the scale development of universal preparation old age, this study developed a scale of universal preparation for old age consisting of 56 preliminary questions from seven factors through the open questionnaire. After the first and second reviews from experts, 42 questions from seven factors were finally made up. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the developed criterion, the survey was conducted on a total of 350 people, using quota sampling method for gender, age (30s to 50s), and regions (large cities, small and medium-sized cities, and small cities), and 333 data were finally used for statistical analysis. The analysis was performed using the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical programs, including technical statistical analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. As a result of the study, First, the scale of universal preparation for old age consisted of 28 questions from seven factors, including family relations, interpersonal relationships, leisure activities, economic power, physiology health, psychological health and emotional health, and made the operational definition of each factor. Second, statistically, the reliability and validity of the scale of universal preparation for old age have been verified. The scale development of universal preparation for old age is expected to be used as a practical measurement tool in identifying the status of preparation old age of adults and measuring factors that need to be prepared in the future.
