국문 초록

본 연구는 생태체계 관점에서 다양한 요인과 환경들의 상대적 영향력을 분석함으로써 저소득층 학생선수의 지속적인 운동참여를 독려할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 2019년 서울특별시에 거주하고 있는 중, 고등학교 학생선수 중에서 학생선수 지원금의 수혜를 받고 있는 저소득층 자녀를 모집단으로 선정하여 설문을 실시하였고, 총 410부의 설문을 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리방법은 SPSS 25.0프로그램을 활용하였으며, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 변인들의 신뢰도는 Cronbach’s α 계수를 활용하여 검증하였으며, 변인 간의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 상관분석(Corelation analysis)을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 문제인 학생선수의 운동지속의사에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하고 단계별로 영향력이 어떻게 변화하는지 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석(Hierarchical Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 위계적 회귀분석 Step 1에서는 성별이 운동지속의사에 정적인 영향을, 나이는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Step 2에서는 성별을 제외하고 나이는 운동지속의사에 부적인 영향을, 진로의사결정과 팀 주인의식은 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Step 3에서는 성별을 제외하고 나이는 운동지속의사에 부적인 영향을, 진로의사결정과 팀 주인의식, 그리고 가정환경은 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막 Step 4에서는 성별과 사회적응을 제외하고, 나이와 정보환경은 운동지속의사에 부적인 영향을, 진로의사결정과 팀 주인의식, 가정환경, 그리고 사회적 지지는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to present a plan to encourage low-income student athletes to continue to participate in sports by analyzing the relative influence of various factors and environments from the perspective of the ecological system. A total of 410 low-income student athletes who got the scholarship from Seoul metropolitan city were selected. For the analyses, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis were conducted using SPSS 25.0 version. The reliability of the variables was verified using the Cronbach s α coefficient, and Correlation analysis was performed to determine the relationship among the variables. In addition, a hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to analyze the factors affecting the student athlete s intention to continue exercise, which is a major research objective, and to verify how the influences changes step by step. As a result of the study, in Step 1 of hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that gender had a positive effect on intention to continue exercise and age had a negative effect. In Step 2, except for gender, age had a negative effect on intention to continue exercise, and career decision autonomy and team ownership had a positive effect. In Step 3, except for gender, age had a negative effect on intention to continue exercise, and career decision autonomy, team ownership, and home environment had a positive effect. In the final step 4, except for gender and social adaptation, age and information environment negatively affected the intention to continue exercise, while career decision autonomy, team ownership, home environment, and social support had a positive effect.
