역전이 관리능력에 관한 연구동향 분석 : 2010년 ~ 2019년 논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

역전이 관리능력은 상담자의 역전이 행동을 낮출 수 있는 중요한 성과변인이다. 본 연구는 역전이 관리능력에 관한 연구동향을 분석하기 위해, 한국교육학술정보원(RISS)에서 2010년부터 2019년까지의 논문들을 분석했다. 총 35편의 연구를 대상으로 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구방법, 측정도구, 연구변인을 기준으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발행연도별 논문 수는 2018년에 8편으로 가장 많이 발행되었으며, 2011년부터 2014년까지 다소 감소하는 추세를 보였지만 다시 꾸준히 게재되었다. 둘째, 연구방법으로는 총 35편의 논문 중 32편의 연구가 양적 연구였으며 질적연구는 진행되지 않았다. 셋째, 연구 대상으로는 32편의 연구가 상담자 대상 연구였다. 넷째, 측정도구는 역전이 관리능력 척도(CFI)를 가장 많이 사용하고 있었다. 다섯째, 변인별 동향은 역전이 관리능력이 종속변인으로 사용된 논문이 가장 많았다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계점과 향후 제언에 관해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: Countertransference management ability is an important outcome variable that can lower a counselor s countertransference behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends in countertransference management ability. Methods: For this, the papers from 2010 to 2019 on RISS(Research Information Sharing Service) were analyzed. A total of 35 studies on countertransference management ability were analyzed based on the year of publication, research subjects, methods, scales, and variables. Results: First, for the year of publication, the number of research papers published in 2018, which is 8 (22.9%) was the highest from 2010 to 2019, showing a slight decrease from 2011 to 2014. But It steadily published again since then until 2019. Second, 32 (91.4%) of the total 35 papers used quantitative methods, and three others were research on program development, and qualitative research was not carried out. Third, all of the 32 (91.4%) studies, excluding the three that were conducted with counselors and clients, were research for counselors. Fourth, the countertransference factors inventory(CFI), which was translated in Korean was used most. Fifth, in terms of variables, countertransference management ability was used as a dependant variable in 15 papers (42.9%), which is the highest in number. Conclusions: Based on these results, the limitations of the study and suggestions for future research were discussed.
